Questions & Answers

To what gauge do these refer? On the other hand, I see 22 and 24 as answers, so what's the answer to that one?

This was 22 gauge, measured with a tape measure

In what type of wire do you have it? Would it be better to use silicone wire or metallic wire?

PVC appears to be used in these items. In my experience, silicone insulation does not work well on complex breadboards, as it gets tangled up and gets in the way. Silicone insulation does have some good characteristics, but excessive flexibility makes it less useful unless your application demands the flexibility and heat resistance it brings. It is bread-based For me, a manageable wire is PVC, and for board circuits, that is wires made of You are not doing something right if you can't solder PVC jacketed wire without messing it up. Take care of the wire, prepare the iron, and get the job done in a hurry. If these jumpers follow the trend toward silicone insulation, I would really hate to see them - unless they add Viagra to the mix

Is red the rx wire, yellow the tx wire, and black the ground wire? Wouldn't it be better if that didn't ?

Unlike normal wiring, the wires are passive when prototyping and allowing you to experiment. The colours are random, but you can use the colour codes embedded in electrical installation for guidance. The red wire leads to the hot wire the black wire leads to the neutral wire. In this way, we can go on and

If you'll have this 6-inch box, I'll take it The height of a female 7 feet is Is there a way to maintain reliability with female ?

When you assemble 6 of any type of product, it won't matter Using 7 feet of cable with 6 inch wires and connectors, there will be a loss in signal and a lack of reliability since there are many A design like that would not be a good idea. This product is suited for connecting single wires, but I have connected two ends using it, and it has worked well.

This is great, but you should cut and solder the The breadboard projects can be done on these easily
4/5

This is an area where I've had no problems. I had this problem when making a small circuit board, I had to cut some wires so that I could solder one end and still have the female or male end on the other end. Some wires would The black coating is on the wire after I have stripped off the plastic It doesn't matter how much flux I use, these wires will not solder, and they are a pain to work with. It would be helpful if the wire was a bit better quality. I have noticed it a lot on the white wires in my batch it's not the case on all of them. A. LATEST UPDATE A company named Elegoo came to replace the wire after contacting me. yet had time to test them to see if they have the same problem trying to solder, but I did raise the ratings by one star, since Elegoo seems to really care about its I will update the review as soon as I have the opportunity to solder one of these wires (it has to be at a place where I need one end with a connector and solder the other end). Anyway, this is where we are at Service that is second to none Elegoo, thanks for your support!.

This is a poorly built building
3/5

I used approximately half of the wires I used so far, and exactly half of those Out of twelve, six were successful. Conductivity was zero in the rest of the samples. You will never be able to resist. It was difficult to remove the insulated end caps from one of the non-insulated end caps When I removed the crimped connector from the wire, I found it had been strung No way are we going to get anywhere with that. After spending about twenty minutes debugging a breadboard circuit, I decided to test the continuity on a wire instead of assuming they would work without testing first. I could give three stars since the majority seem to work, but since they wasted my time and money I will give In order to find a reliable conductor, you need to look elsewhere.

It is easy for them to break because they solder poorly or not at all
3/5

This is really what I mean. Please do not purchase this CCA, copper clad aluminum, as you will find that they solder poorly or not at all and are easy to break. How low can you make copper get for this much? This much copper would have cost
2 cents, how cheap can you make copper? I would have stated CCA directly in the advertisement.

Jumpers that are cheap and decent
5/5

This set of jumpers helped me during a digital circuits class, where we had a lot of fun making, tearing down, and moving circuit components The components in the circuit are capacitors, resistors, and integrated circuits. When I was working with the ICs (555 timers and binary counters) which require a lot of interconnections, many of which are not conveniently close to each other, these jumpers proved useful. In light of my Pros/Cons lists, here are mine PRO *** 130 pieces with a very affordable price. *** Multiple wire lengths, each with multiple wire colors --- Multiple colors, each with multiple wire lengths --- Multiple colors. - CON.

There is no problem with any of the wires
5/5

In a nutshell, Each of the wires worked well and I thought they were excellent. I do not know what other people are talking about in their reviews, since I used every wire and did not experience any difficulties with breadboards or Arduinos. do not cut the wires, you will not be able to run the system. Even though it's probably not the best practice, I hot glued these guys to keep them attached, and the outer plastic held up fine after the glue got hot. Here are pictures of the wires (There are a lot of wires lying around right now. One of my zany self-designed projects is an Arduino robot that lights up and moves with sensors and motors, and another is an Arduino cuckoo clock that uses Bluetooth, real-time, and audio. This clock has a clock component, a clock motor (cuckoo bird) and a LCD display. My wires have been entirely used up already. I'm going to order more of them!.

These wires are fantastic! It's a great product on all counts
5/5

I appreciate how generous the length is, how smart the packaging is, how nice the color selection is, and how high quality the connectors seem to be. There is a very good number of wires for the money you spend. It has vibrant colors that I like If a wire is brown, it can be distinguished from a wire that is purple or If they are not in very bright light, they tend to be very similar. The fact that I can pick from a wide range of connectors has been very useful for various projects, and I love knowing that I can get any combination of connectors I may need. In the future, if I need more, I am buying more, no question about it.

We do not recommend using female connectors! As a result of the repeated testing, I am able to determine ALL the female connectors are of poor quality
3/5

Despite thinking that a radio was bad or that an LCD display was bad, I find that male wires have no effect on my problems. You will need Male-only if that is all you need The only kits which sell only female wires are those that they sell in other kits, but I can confirm that this kit consistently fails(all the female connectors).

These are the ones you need
5/5

A small bundle of wires, this really unfolds and you end up with a lot of long wires not usually found in packages of wires, as well as a less common, but no less valuable, set of female-end wires Despite the cold, women jump on. Most people take too much time before picking up a soldering iron and opt for easier builds based on jumper wires and breadboards instead. I learned soldering at the same time as I had to learn how things work, so I would say that you should get these wires and a breadboard power supply kit first, then you can gradually go on to anything else you buy.
