YES, I am able to use it. On the Pi 2, and on the Pi 3, the connector is the same. Take advantage of this opportunity to have fun.
Flexibility and the ability to make tight turns are some of its main strengths. As well as being pretty tough. You would have to exert some effort to break or tear Do not fold or crease it at corners where there is a sharp bend. This product is extremely durable and works great. With my printer, I have it mounted to the print head, so there is a lot of movement.
My Pi3 comes with the latest Pi camera, so I'm using it with it.
With the exception of the Raspberry Pi Zero, which uses a smaller connector, there have been no changes to the camera CSI connector or pin specifications since Raspberry Pi's first introduction. This means that it should be able to work without issue.

This was just the right length for mounting my octopi server under the printer and routing the cable to the camera inside the printer. I'd like to point out what has been extraordinary for me lately. One day before I arrived home from work, my roomba decided to get adventurous and broke into the room where my 3d printer was located. A cable from the pi was snagged, dragged under the roller, and the pi was dropped. A camera cable was wound around the rollers in an alarming manner, before it was twisted into a bun and tucked under the roller. Next, the dock was dragged back by the tug. My RPI murder scene was revealed to me when I arrived home not too long after, hung my coat and put down my keys, and went to empty the roomba. However, everything still worked perfectly fine. I would give the device a 10/10 for.
It is actually a little longer than I need, but it does the job. The socket on the Raspberry Pi 3B+ has a lift-up design, which I had no idea about Normally, the cable is held in place by an up-and-down clamp that must then be pushed down to lock it.
I found this cable to be ideal for my needs. As a bonus, I found that it has the same quality as the Pi camera cable that came with it.
The Pi B+ and the Arducam 5 Megapixels 1080p Sensor OV5647 work well together. I only gave one star because it was too expensive for a ribbon cable of 18".
I did receive the item and as it only costs a few bucks more, I am not going to waste my time returning it, but I will save the.
It does the job, it is quite long, and it is of excellent The touchscreen uses it, and I find that the cable is much faster and stronger than the stock cable. The price can be a bit high, but it will be of good quality It is a decent product, but it is quite long, so if you intend to mount the raspberry pi to the touchscreen like I did, a PHD course in cable management would be helpful.
My Pistacam was connected with an OctoPrint 3D printer, and this cable was great for it. I liked the length of it because it was the right As these cables are so flat, when changing direction slightly they are awkward as the cable becomes kinked. However, where space is limited they work perfectly.
Purchased it to mount the camera in a better position rather than having to mount the Rpi adjacent to the camera. A Raspberry Pi now sits behind a monitor and the camera is higher to afford the camera with a better vantage point, and it emails me a photo every time someone comes close to.
