The core i9 is supported by this product rather than the i5 Does 10980hk exist?

It is simply a heatsink compound that goes between the CPU heatspreader and your CPU cooler to fill small gaps and to increase In your question you probably want to know more about the cooler that is being used. Considering the TDP of this CPU is 45W, I highly doubt you will run into a cooling problem unless you plan on overclocking heavily. Being a mobile processor, which goes into a laptop, you probably do not have a choice for a cooler, so it likely will perform better than stock in terms of heat transfer. My Alienware and Clevo laptops were upgraded with this paste to replace OEM paste. There might be a slight improvement. In other words, yes, this compound works and you can use a tiny amount just at the center of your CPU As opposed to what many people believe, using too much will make the heat transfer worse. Be careful if you get it onto your motherboard or other areas since it can conduct electricity. You will have to labor to clean it. For more than this one time, I recommend getting Arctic cleaning solution if you do it as a hobby.

As I plan to reapply thermal paste on my graphics card, I have been warned to be careful since some pastes are conductive. Is this ?

Based on what kind of processor you use and how fast and how long you run it, the duration of the test depends totally on you
5/5

Additionally, how well your computer case is kept cool is also very important. Your thermal paste will degrade over time every time your CPU gets so hot that it reaches its limits, and you will eventually need a new one. I had to reapply the compound every three to five years, however. Before I used it on the Core 2 duo generation, I used it on the Core 2 quad, and my latest was on the Core I5 The Game Boy I used was a CPU intensive, turn-based game server where I played Diablo 3 and Heroes of Might and Magic 5 and 6. The CPU fan I've been using has typically been by Zalman and I've never used water cooling, but my son plays video intensive games and has an OCTEK water cooler on his PC. Despite the fact that there are newer thermal pastes available, this one will also be adequate for those who have above average needs. In this case, you would detect the problem when your games suddenly lag, which indicates that your CPU is too hot to function I think it is a sure bet for the vast majority of.

There is no better paste on the market than AS5
5/5

This paste is the best you can buy, regardless of what people may claim about other pastes. There is a possibility to buy liquid metal, but then you are not talking about paste. If you are looking for the best paste, this is it. It has been a long journey to try so many brands and put all of them There is no doubt that this paste outperforms all of the It is my understanding that there is another paste brand associated with bears (you either know or don't, but I don't want to give a name, and that brand is trash). My first purchase of that bear brand was from more than one source. After applying them, EVERY SINGLE SET would crack and dry out. However, I first read an article online about a problem with a bad batch, but to be honest, there were at least five different sellers, five different order dates, and all of them dried out when applied. This to me is a sign that the paste is junk. There's been a lot of talk about the originator of this paste. Does the person who and sells it not spread the paste? If so, does he just dot it or draws a line? This would stop it from drying out. However, it remains a challenge. Spreading paste is the most effective method for applying When you look at metal, you can see that it expands when it's heated. There are some YouTubers who claim to be able to reduce cooling by orienting your cooler a specific way. I call bullsh*t. It would be fine if you were directly cooling your die. Mountain typical coolers are not required to have this feature. Their claim is that there are a number of factors involved I cannot curse on reviews (they are just full of poop). It appears to get drier with the bear brand, and then it does not reach the same temperatures. NOTE You must also take the break in period when using this product. In the old days, AS5 was sold in plastic packages like everything else. There is a specific error in the package that says to break the paste at The break in period is 500 hours. It is an impossible task for a reviewer to do this. Paste, test, and record is all they do. This approach is 100% wrong. Building a house without following directions would be like building a house without following instructions and blaming the wood when it collapses. The problem is that the user has made a mistake. It will consistently outperform any other paste out there after its break-in period has passed. I just have a 4 GB 3950x.

I simply have a 4 GB 3950x. With a 4ghz overclock (manual OC, not boost nonsense), the idle temperature will be 32 degrees, games 50 degrees, and stress will be 72 degrees. People who claim to be tech nerds routinely accuse me of lying. 360mm AIO cooling system from CM is used to cool this CPU. There is truth in those temps. It was so bad that I even took a screenshot of my temp reading and posted it online, only to be accused of photoshopping it. My time was so limited that I had no time even to do It is what it is. In the end, people will follow the opinion of the masses rather than the truth. This is the best paste you will ever use.

For System Builders, this is an absolute must
5/5

It is an absolute necessity for system builders who strive to produce As a side note, I have been maintaining and building high-quality websites Over the years, we have developed many high-performance PCs and have found that this method really does produce the ideal heat transfer temperatures for CPUs, APUs, and GPUs If applying on the heatsink or processor (whichever is smaller), place a small amount on the surface and then use a very clean finger to spread evenly over the entire surface. Be careful not to use too much, just enough to spread under pressure so the entire There are a lot of guys who think it's best to just put a dot and trust that the heatsink will spread it out. Some of the time, this is true, however it is not always true and you want to be certain before building the.

I love the TIM and it does not dry out as well
5/5

The product is hard to clean up but it spreads well and has good thermal conductivity. I have been using it for many years and I still choose it. If you buy this, I would recommend getting a set of Arctic Silver thermal material removers and thermal surface purifiers. This is really useful for cleaning surfaces as well as removing this stuff when changing your processor or cooling system.

I've never used anything as good as this
5/5

When applied or when using a cooler, the product is like wet toothpaste. I like to think of it as Only a few dots are required to cover an entire surface, and it works better than any other method. Heat is conducted to it like there is no barrier between your equipment and the block because of its density. The differences in numbers aren't something I can share, but I can tell you my CPU is sitting at 27°C right now with an air cooler costing $30.

It looks like I'm going to need a jacket for my graphics card and CPU
5/5

I mean that in all seriousness, this stuff is awesome. Every time I buy a motherboard or graphics card, I remove the heatsinks as soon as I open the box in order to remove the crapola from the factory which is always worthless and stuck on and squeezed off the chipset or GPU and onto the chassis. You might think that for the price of some of this hardware they would pay a little more attention to making sure that TIM is being applied effectively Aside from that, the makers of this stuff are probably jumping to their deaths for living in such a terrible environment, so thermal paste is not at the top of their priority list. anyhow, before I turn it on I put aluminium silver on the board. In the event you use your own method, you are probably only going to get OEM performance, so please.

Great stuff
4/5

I love it. Any other product but Arctic Silver will not be purchased by me. The components in my home computer run hot since I use it as a crypto mining rig. You can keep it cooler by using this stuff. If you use the Arctic Silver it only decreases the temp by about 5C to 7C under semi high to medium loads, but remember that if you increase the load more than to their maximum capability the arctic silver capability will reduce. In today's post, I mentioned that I reduced the temperature by about 3C when I maxed out I'm not going to waste my time or money on other products. It's Arctic Silver for me.
