your motherboard has a 4 pin header, you should be able to use it
The mounting screws came with rubber anti-vibration washers. I have my rig set to silent.

This is a big plus since it isn't brown like poop. This fan blends in well with my computer background, which is nice. I purchased this fan in order to use it as an exhaust fan for the space around my hard drive. (50 degrees on active drives) My temps were dangerously high. There is little noise from the fan, even when it is spinning faster than 1000 rpm. Generally, you can only hear it around 1500 rpm. The noise level is impressive for such a small fan (they are typically very loud). As well as moving air, it does so quite well. I dropped my HDD temperature by about nine degrees Celsius.
I would recommend this fan especially if you are looking for a small form factor fan or if you have specific needs like mine. It is reliable like most (non brown) Noctua fans and.
I was planning to place it under my graphics card and it works great! I really appreciate how well it works! It was fortunate that I could mount my 2070 super inside the case because it has enough space beneath it. If it were the case, i would have put it on the outside without hesitation, but I am not so certain when i get my 3080 that it will be that way. There are 4 tiny zip ties I used, and they work great! Although hot air rises when the air is relatively still, it does so when the air is relatively humid. Result? The 80mm fan underneath the card moves a lot more hot air out of the case than my top 120mm fan does It dropped my body temperature a few degrees doing it while playing Cold War at the same settings and all, so I would say it was a good As an alternative to existing blower pcie exhaust fans, I believe this is an improvement, since you move the air in a wall rather than push it up or down with blowers that are inherently sucking from either the top or bottom. The sound coming from this is pretty loud, isn't it? As long as I am gaming, I run it at a minimum of 80% duty while the fan curve goes up to 90%. In comparison to my 120 mm fans, this thing is so dang quiet even at full power . * * * For the price, it is pretty hard to beat. You should definitely consider making such a mod if you have considered it like I have!.
I'm pleased with my performance so far. I bought 12 of them to use in In accordance with There are 53 airflows in each of the paragraphs. There is a noise of 17,3 cu m per hour. In static pressure 1, 1 dB/A is equal to one bar. The diameter of the water pipe is 41 mm at maximum power of The measured area is 72 square meters At 12V, 0. 2 A impedance)
MTBF 150,000 hours
depth 25 mm
4 pin PWM
So the flow is typically measured in cubic meters per minute, not in hours. In other words, we are at zero. Although 88 cubic metres per minute is on the low side for an 80 mm fan, the 17. 15 m3/hr is impressive. (Assuming the measurement was made at 1 m, which is the industry standard) This is a very low value. You can't have both at the same time. I found it to be one of the quietest fans I could find with an appropriate flow rate in that context.
The box was covered with towels and boxes to quiet it down. Almost all of the high pitch whine went away when I replaced the HDD with a SSD, but there was still a slight There is a possibility that the CPU cooler and case fans are malfunctioning. It may may be worth the trouble to remove the motherboard and try different coolers to fit in the short tower case to install a quiet CPU cooler, but it does not seem worth the trouble. As I stated, the stock cooler had just a standard 80mm fan as a They have excellent reviews for the quietness of their fans and the speed of their Despite the Noctua redux being purchased with no-rush shipping, it still arrived in two business days after I placed the order. The screws went right in place with the originals. It was hard for me to believe what I heard. Not only are they quiet, but they are completely silent as well. It's crazy. I may not experience as much air flow as my OEM fan at idle, but trust that it will be ok to increase the speed if the MB decides to do so. This is amazing! The CPU I have on my other computer is being ordered at the same time.
We were able to fix it with the 570 desktop. Every 30 seconds, it seemed as though the fan was turning on and off. The computer was turned off. The next time we turned it on, we saw the dreaded blue screen and A) that our CPU fan was not functioning correctly. We settled on the Noctua NF-TX because of its remote capability and durability Here's the redux version of the R8 This fan has 180 blades. The order was placed just a couple of According to them, 3 was the number When the product will be delivered We had to do it twice! My HP 570 desktop case was open and I was pleased with the service provided by Amazon Prime. This was going to be done with a small Philips-head screwdriver It is possible to remove the fan from the heatsink with a flat top screwdriver, but, because of the small screws and the close-gearing, it is not practical! The Torx T-head was used to tighten the quarters You will need a 15-tooth screwdriver to remove the heatsink and fan In the end, I removed the old fan from the heatsink, installed the new fan, and then reinstalled the assembly with the (very) small Phillips head screwdriver. Throughout the entire process, it took us less than 20 minutes. In fact, the dreaded blue screen did not appear when I powered up the computer.
These fans are for intake cases. I bought two for use in that position. Currently, I have two cooling units in my case, one mounted on the side of the case next to the GPU (had to get an 80mm with my new processor cooler because a 120mm would no longer fit Rosewill Blackhawk) and one taking up 2 5 inches. Three 2. 5" drive bays on the front of my case, so I can use three intake fans (1 120mm, 1 80mm)
I use Rosewill 4 pin PWM fan splitters to only use one fan header, so they are both controlled by the same fan Using it, a series of three 40mm fans was replaced by a series of five I decided to go with a single fan instead of the three small ones that were in the 25" drive bay, they were so loud that it was just time to replace them. However, they were exceedingly loud, and I was really able to pull air into my case, but they really moved some air. It is only when they are running at a rotation speed of 1300RPM and beyond that you have any idea what they're doing. I am very satisfied with my purchase and find the colors to be more appealing because they are darker than the typical Noctua brown or tan. I'd appreciate it if there were more black, grey, and white fans! Only wished they came with a few more accessories, the redux is severely lacking in accessories compared to the main line of fans from the company.
