Questions & Answers

Lighting Node pro differs from Commander Pro in what way and why?

Taking the previous answer partly at face value, it's not wrong. Only the RGB lighting is controlled by the Lightning Node Pro. It would still be necessary for you to connect the fans to PWM headers on your motherboard or using some other type of fan controller. In contrast, the Commander Pro has both features. Besides controlling multiple fans/lighting strips (6 fans of the same type per RGB Fan Hub, or four light strips (connected in a chain) per RGB input), the device also supports RGB lighting. Fan-type) + four As an extra feature, the Commander Pro provides 4 temperature probes for monitoring temperature and temperature, 6 fan control inputs (for setting up fan curves), and two The ports are all empty.

What are the features of these fans? Do these come with lighting nodes and LED strips?

Yes, it comes with a controller, but it does not include any LED

What is the need for Corsair Link? I am hesitant to get a fourth RGB program (I already have a digital camera, cue2, and Do resources need to be allocated to it if it is necessary?

Link should not be used, iCUE should be used. I think it's a better option. The lighting can be controlled, and you can also set up custom fan curves using it. You don't need it exactly, but it does give you more control over the lighting. We have some wonderful options when it comes to colors and effects, so it would be a shame to miss out on It's okay to not have the software, the fans will still look neat, but they'll just do a rainbow effect.

How does this work with the Asus rog strix b360 g gaming computer?

Nuka, thanks for getting in touch! If you use the hub and node included with the Hub, you could do that. In case you have any other questions, please get in touch with me Provides support for the Corsair brand. You may contact

If you like The following is a list of all the provisions of the ESA During the installation of the Corsair Link software, the firmware version was not updated for some reason, and a warning message appeared when it tried to do so. In order to manually replace the firmware version, you should find the Options > menu and do so. In the device menu at the top, press the "Force Firmware" update button, and the update However, I must stress the following 2 Immediately after forcing the firmware update, the LED strip plugged into the 2nd slot on the PRO hub turned OFF and stopped working. When I had gone through unplugging and replugging many times, I ended up swapping the plugs in the first and second slots (the fan hub plug and the LED strip), and that finally fixed it.

There is no point in The lights are gorgeous, but the design is overly complicated

The Cooler Master MF120 Halos are better than the Corsair LL120s for me. According to their face value, the LL120's are more reliable. However, this comes at the cost of overcomplicating the process. There are individual LEDs on the LL120s you can turn on and off, so every LED can be customized to a certain color. I find this just a bit too complicated for me. There are some preset patterns that I want me to hit, and then let it roll. If Corsair made better preset patterns that made sense, it would be awesome. Although their preset patterns are quite lame, it would require too much effort to adjust each LED separately to adjust the exact color, brightness, and strobe pattern. The MF120 from Cooler Master is as beautiful and 30% cheaper than the LL120 from Corsair, even in preset settings. I think that adjusting each LED separately is just unnecessary and a royal pain in the bum. Furthermore, Corsair advertises that their lights work with Mystic Lighting from MSI. The only catch is that you need to have a particular proprietary socket on the motherboard for it to function. Corsair doesn't disclose the existence of this socket in their literature, and only the very top tier boards have this socket. If this socket isn't available, you will need to use multiple software programs so you can sync all your RGBs. There is no point in.

LED patterns with beautiful colors

As a result of my experience After unboxing, I removed both 120 mm fans of my Alienware Aurora R6 (circa 2017). Let me emphasize that I took great care to position them as shown above. To keep the top case fan in place, rubber pieces that hold it all together are stretched too far and begin to break. That's why I ordered a ten-pack of them. If the rubber pieces were not included, it would have been nice to have at least four screws instead. No fasteners could be found on the second fan. It is not possible for me to install a third fan on my laptop. In order to stick on the hub and splitter, I tried a few different places to wire everything in. As you can see, there are six A fan splitter is not shown in any of the product photos, but it is Various connectors are connected to the hub and splitter via tiny plastic parts. The first time I tried to glue the hub and splitter together (using the supplied double sided adhesive pad) did not work, so I had to pry them apart. I broke the hub's cover while prying off the hub with my fingers, and I lost all its contents. It's panic time! It was easy to snap the hub's cover back into place after some surgery to save the guts. I finally found a good location inside the case to attach the parts, and I managed the cables to prevent them from tangling with There was another problem because the hub does not have a female USB plug to attach it to. The number 9 is There is a header pin. The fact that my motherboard does not have a spare 2 is a great disappointment to me. A USB header was not found. are probably some along the backside of the I/O shield, but they are soldered beneath metal covers, and so are used by the ports. There is also a need for The connectors that connect the power supply are the power connectors. At least two of the boxes were empty.

I have a USB 2 problem that needs to be fixed. The only problem is that I did some research and found a $35 PCIe card with two USB 3. 0 ports. There are 0 males and 9 females A pin header is typically found on most pins. I then searched for two USB 3 dongles that convert the USB 2. 0 to 3. 0. The USB type 0 male connector is connected to the USB type The number 9 is I am with the pin male (do you agree? The items are $5 each, so $45 worth of Amazon purchases are required. Due to the weeklong delivery time of everything else, I made sure to get Prime. My only regret in purchasing two dongles, instead of one, is that I didn't realize I needed two. When I woke up, I realized what I had done. I had tried to sleep off the headache this gave me, but I had to wake up. Use the supplied mini-drive instead of the supplied one There was a USB cable that came with it, but I might be able to buy a mini-USB My plan was to use a USB-to-USB cable to run it through the back of the case and into an available port. So I canceled the order (no issues there) and ordered a simple 3 foot USB A saving of $40! We will have to wait and see what happens when the new cable arrives. The type of paper I am hoping for is iCUE isn't able to control the RGB lights without the USB connection, but I can turn on and off the RGB lights without it. iCUE makes the RGB pattern more rainbow-like than the standard RGB During the process of installing this RAM, I also installed Corsair RGB RAM sticks, which cannot be seen without taking off the side cover. In addition to those, those can also be controlled by iCUE, and were recognized as well. Last but not least, my gaming mouse is controlled by the iCUE. The RGB lighting in my Ailenware case is controlled by the Ailenware console, so I will be able to control all of my Corsair products through iCUE. The color I prefer for anything is blue, therefore I set up themes for both of them.
