Thanks for stopping by, Leigh. The 120mm fan filters commonly used in computers are compatible with the fans on the T7 systems. To replace the fan with a filter, you need a screwdriver to remove the guard from the fan. In some cases, it will reduce the fan's performance depending on the filter's density. I installed these with relative ease, and I even added a second fan to the other cabinet.
In addition to doing everything I want, this product does even I have a chest freezer mounted in a shed outside. I need some way for the heat to escape. As I did not want to simply rely on convection, I bought the product, installed the fans at the top of the shed, and got a blank grill that I installed at the bottom. Bear in mind that we're in southern Arizona, where temperatures outside are in the It will prevent the shed from getting big enough to exceed 95 degrees inside (the freezer is rated for 110 degrees) which is right on target for what I wanted. It is programmed to turn on at 85 degrees (that is also the cut off temperature). There is no noise emitted from the fans, so I have to put my hand up in front of the fan unit to know if they are running or not (the control unit has an indicator, but there is no sound emanating from the fans). This double fan setup allows the shed to remain well within the design specs of the freezer despite my concern that I might need to buy another fan unit to pull air in (the control can accommodate multiple fan units). Their fans and control unit have quality construction and are designed to fit both the cuts you make in the fans and the controls. They even supply the templates (plastic, no less).
The case was installed along with an extra S3 (for intake), and I surrounded the fan casings with 1mm of PVA foam (craft foam) to reduce vibration noise. A false exhaust is being created by exhaust fumes The plywood that holds the TV is the back. The pros are There is a peaceful hush in the air. The install is clean, the finish is beautiful, the LCD is usable and the LCD panel is bright A list of inputs* I'm doing well- Everything is protected and laid out in the right way. Including a template for simple cutouts, simplicity, and flexibility. The only exception is Daisy Connecting too many fans to one port is impossible there is no way to set these up The cons are The website of AC Infinity claims, for its Airplate series, "Each fan system is equipped with dual blades" Powered by a PWM motor, the fans feature ball bearings. Although the USB cable appears to have only two wires, the USB connects to a computer. Ground and voltage are two separate concepts. Hence, the speed of these fans can not be controlled with PWM. Voltage appears to be the only factor controlling the speed. Prices for voltages are a bit high Fans with a regulatory system. There is a bit of confusion about the use of PWM fans in the description, which would earn this five stars if it were not for that statement.
It is very easy to operate the panel for automatic fan control. The only thing I was able to complain about was the noise level, and even that was a big At low RPMs, I could hear humming noises from the desk I had installed them in, but this went away after my PC added more heat to the enclosure in which I installed them. A lot of air escaped from the enclosure, which kept it extremely cool. In order to install the new PC desk setup I am getting rid of the desk since I will be ordering a 3 fan In this case, the control panel will be perfect with the 3 fan and 2 fan plates of a new built-in PC desk. In addition to my review, I will include photos of the finished product. The design looks great and doesn't require any mini AC to keep it cool. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice aesthetic look to any cabinet/enclosure for their electronic equipment.
