YES, I just put it on my motherboard the other day. It's completely compatible with the AMD Ryzen 7 3700x processor's stock Wraith Prism cooler.
Have you received this and checked for the x570 board?
I would say yes. I installed it on a msi X570 A- motherboard designed for professionals
Yes, of course.

The AMD 4 bracket is excellent, and I would recommend purchasing one if you were in need of a replacement.
I had purchased a new CPU but soon realized that I would be unable to use it due to the "hook-up" issue. This was a lifesaver! type" cooler, and it was a lifesaver! It's low- It's a great profile because it's all black and it works perfectly. I believe the material is plastic, but it hasn't caused me any problems so far. It has the correct AM4 dimensions (90 x 54mm), but make sure you buy one with reviews like this one that back up the measurements. I came across another post that was similar to this one when I was considering buying it. Every review complained that it was in AM3 format, which was identical to this item. I can assure you that it is the correct size for this one. If you're like me and tossed out your motherboard's stock CPU bracket, you can't go wrong with this for $8.
I recently upgraded from a Ryzen 5 1500x to a Ryzen 7 3700x processor. I encountered a problem that almost everyone who has gone through this process has encountered. I'd misplaced the Brackets that held the new Wraith cooler in place. So I bought these to go with my Asus Prime 370x laptop. They were perfect with the old back plate because they were a mother board. That made me very happy because the one they send you is made of hard plastic. Also, if you're reading this and worried that your 370x series AM4 Motherboard won't work, don't be! All you have to do now is make sure your bios are up to date. Just make sure you do it before installing your new CPU, and use a USB stick if possible. The USB method reduces the possibility of bricking your Mother Board. br>Quick summary: br> The Ryzen 7 3700x Wraith cooler pairs nicely with these brackets. br> These Brackets are perfect for the Asus Prime 370x-E (they fit like a glove). A mother board. br>br>Thank you for visiting. br>br>.
Someone saved two cents on posts, and I wasted two days waiting for it and another two waiting for a replacement.
So I got this because I forgot my retention plate at home while working remotely and wanted to upgrade my production rig to a premium air cooler. This does exactly what it says it will do, it's a nice drop-in replacement, and it works well with AMD4-style motherboards. The screw holes, on the other hand, are a little shallower than those on the MB. As a result, you may need to purchase longer screws for some of the top-tier air coolers because the screws that come with them are insufficient. For a Be Quiet Black Rock Pro Cooler, such as the one I used here, a 6 machine screw measuring 7/8 inch to 1 inch long is sufficient. This is long enough to accommodate all of the mounting kit's covers and brackets. Although 3/4-inch machine screws "work," they're on the small side, and I wouldn't put my trust in them. I'm guessing you'll have to do the same for larger air coolers like the Noctua and others. br>br>It works fine once you adjust for the shallower screw holes, but you should be aware of it.
Because this part was so inexpensive to purchase, I didn't bother returning it, and it now sits on my shelf collecting dust. br>It's the wrong size, not what was advertised, and it won't fit AM3/Am3 boards. Even if it did, it's so cheap and terrible that I wouldn't trust it. It arrived damaged and partially twisted, but I needed it for a project, so I tried it out to see if it would work. Nope, the steel back plate was the wrong size, so it didn't matter that I could 3D print a replacement for the warped part of the bracket. When I reassembled the bracket after attempting to use it, one of the screws bent like wet spaghetti. I mean, who uses annealed aluminum for screws?br>awful product that I will never use again.
This product may work if you only need the plastic mounts for the heat sink latch. Because the wraith stealth coolers that come with most Ryzen CPUs screw directly into the backplate, these mounts will not work with them. Because the backplate pegs do not extend far enough through the motherboard for the screws to reach, the provided backplate will not work. Obtain a complete package. Instead, for those types of coolers, use a metal backplate.
I'm buying this, as I'm sure many of you are, because I was stupid and didn't save the mounting brackets from my motherboard when I installed my AMD stock cooler. When I went to install an aftermarket AIO, none of the mounts would work! br>br>Ordered this because I had used some adhesive to attach the old backing plate and didn't want to remove it before installing the headers. They are now holding my cooler securely in place because they fit perfectly. br>br>So, if you're like me and have trouble keeping track of what you removed from your old motherboard, this kit is for you.
