One is for "chat" and the other is for "phone," but neither gets you a response, even when you call during business hours. So I'm stuck with no choice but to return the product, which is a waste of time because the product will not eject a disc if it's "not supported," no matter what you do (including following all of their "help" section suggestions). If you don't try, how will you know it's not supported? At the very least, my other external DVD drive will let me eject a disc that isn't supported.
