As long as you have a USB port on your computer, this shouldn't be a problem. There is nothing much different between it and an internal drive except that it is external. Reading CDs and DVDs as well as displaying information on the laptop screen are made possible by this device. In the event that my internal CD drive goes down, this drive has proven to be invaluable for my laptop. The device is also easy to install - just plug it in and go. There's no hard manual to learn, and the software works just as well for me as it does for you. There is no doubt in my mind that it is worth trying out.
Yes, it is. Most types of computers and laptops can take advantage of it, as long as they have a USB port to plug it into
Having an external drive is a viable option for installing Windows operating system. The same thing happened to me
You could unplug it and throw it against a wall if you wanted. It will be a pleasure to work with it. The program has not caused any issues for me.

It is very useful, affordable, and easy to use. In most cases, new laptops don't include a disk drive. I recently replaced my old laptop with one that doesn't feature a disk drive. In any case, I still have a lot of CDs and DVDs in my collection that I want to rip onto my new computer so that I can make them more accessible from my Despite its simplicity, it is very efficient and convenient, and it works as a plug-and-play device that does not require any additional software or drivers.
Small, lightweight and easily transportable, this device has all the features you need. In spite of that, it packs a lot of punch. You can plug it in and it's smooth, quiet, and fast Suitable for children. You do not need to download any software. The device arrived quickly and was super easy to use. Once I unpacked it, I plugged it in my computer and a dialogue box popped up telling me to enter the items I wanted to burn to a This device has the advantage of being able to be used with any computer that has a USB port. The transfer took no time at all. You never know when the need to back up your data might arise. I recommend this item to everyone with a computer, even if you have a CD/DVD drive. Purchasing this one is the best choice.
I was not able to use the burner I got. Whenever I inserted a CD into it, the CD said they were full or could not be read. This was my first time trying New blank discs didn't work with either CD+R, CDrw, or CD-RW. My experience with this product has been disappointing. I'm not sure if I have the incorrect CDs or if the burner is defective. In order to be sure I am getting the correct CDs to go with the burner, I will go to a store that sells boxed media. Getting help with tech is not my specialty, and I need to work with real, live people. Although I thought that I could save money by going the online route, I am not interested in it.
The external CD/DVD drive works as expected. There is a slight performance difference between it and an internal CD/DVD drive, but that is fairly normal. When the drive is not in use, the cable is attached to the drive and held on the bottom of the drive. Thankfully, the cable extends about half a foot, so the drive will be close to the USB port when the CD/DVD is inserted. If a vibration occurs during use, the drive may move, so keep an eye out for it. You might like this device if you're in need of a portable CD/DVD.
Despite the fact that it is an external drive, it is well packaged. I'm happy with how slim and small this product is. It was able to work with my laptop perfectly and the price was reasonable. The purchase is excellent and the value for money is tremendous.
A different brand of external hard drive device that required software to operate has been ordered and returned. It is not something I wanted to mess with, even though I am fairly computer savvy. One that could be plugged directly into the USB port and work right out of the box was what I was looking for. Perfect! This was just what I was looking for. Using this method I have now loaded over a hundred CDs into my library using iTunes and it was flawless. The device has probably been in use for 15 years I haven't had a problem for 20 hours. The price was excellent and I would definitely recommend it.
It was just $24 for all my CD's and I was just beginning a project of downloading them to digital. I wanted to keep going, and thought it was a great deal. When I find another for 99, I'll just cross my fingers and buy another! It seems that the second one I purchased to replace the first one has stopped working, and this time for no apparent reason. The device was used, it was placed in a drawer, and we went on vacation, when we returned, it would not recognize it There were no consequences to my behavior, I did not drop it, I did not throw it, I did not nick it, I did nothing to it. It is not reasonable for me to keep wasting $25 per time only for it not to work for any reason.
Recently, I received a new laptop, and since these days these don't come with a CD-ROM, I was unable to use it A Rom file. A bunch of CDs were waiting to be ripped, and I used this software to do it. It was a very good day. Vibrations from the spinning disk cause it to veer across the desk a bit, so make sure it is not on top of.
