Loading the disc into the player is what it is all about. A slotted XS is a drawer, whereas an XD is a slotted XD.
What is the region free of this software?
Following are the instructions from the operating manual There is a limit of five (5) times you can change a region code in one go. It is important to note that the fifth change will become permanent. If you are not necessarily required to change the region code, do not do so.

Although I had hoped to use this device with the SURFACE PRO X, it will not work with the ARM based Windows 10 operating system. The Pioneer update will make it compatible with the AVR. I will keep it in the hopes that Pioneer will do an upgrade in the future. In my experience, it works very well with Windows 10 Pro on my desktop. Please note.

The information I've been looking for was right here. There are a lot of different formats available, which is nice. I am able to connect to my MacBook Pro with no problem. It works perfectly.

I can use it on Mac Big Sur without a problem. BD disks can be inserted into USB3 ports by simply plugging them in. Finder should then be used to burn the files after dropping them. The software is not necessary if you are backing up only BDs that have been burned BD and R- Disks with R DL support. So far, there has been no issue or error.

I like the way it works! The player does its job of being a nice portable way to watch Blu-rays You can watch Blu-ray films on your system, as well as 4K (if it's compatible with HDR)
