Questions & Answers

Are you talking about a 30mm or a 40mm fan?

A 30mm lens. In addition, it is so quiet I am never aware of Despite the fact that I have 5 different Pis around the house for different purposes, I hardly

Can you tell me the specifications of the screws used to hold together the case? If you have extras, please give them to me. ?

Based on what I remember The product comes with an additional set of instructions It has a screw and nut on both sides.

What is the same about the power supply for the Miuzei as the official power supply for the Pi Foundation?

I have tested the Miuzei power supply with Ras Pi 4 and it works just fine. It has been over a year since I've used this power supply for my Ras Pi 4 and I've had no problems. One thing to note is the power supply for Ras Pi 4 must have USB-C input. You can connect it to a C connector.

Can you tell me whether the micro HDMI cable issue has been resolved? Otherwise, what brands of cable do I have to buy that is compatible with my device?

The HDMI cable connection did not cause any problems for me. This worked perfectly for me, and I now have two of them.

Please join us! These days, layered acrylic cases are easy to come by Everybody makes one, but not all of them are good at making one. As it is, they are sloppy and loose, and it is difficult to line them up tight with neat We're not dealing with that kind of situation It was evident that the court case was well thought out from top to bottom In order to ensure a good stack, each layer is accurate molded to precisely match Raspberry Pi 4 components. It is clear you won't be able to stick a Raspberry Pi 3 into this case, but on the upside, it means you are almost guaranteed to get tidy edges once you have finished your build. There is no noticeable noise from the fan even when it is set at It was set to 3 when I tried it. The speaker was only 3V, and I really couldn't hear a thing unless I held it up to my ear. There can barely be heard the fan in either of the attached videos. I was only able to capture the best part of this! Ensure that you remember that the video was shot about six inches from the Raspberry Pi so that the audio can be picked up. Whether you are at a reasonable distance, or if you are at 5V, you cannot hear the fan. A three-volt battery. Pictures attached depict the unboxing and finish of the build, as well as a video of the process. This is the good news I am - I don't believe it, but it really looks amazing. In my opinion, this is the best looking layered case I've ever I am - This case goes from a good deal to a great deal due to its included heatsinks and power supply. Aside from an SD card, a micro HDMI cable, a keyboard, and a mouse, there's nothing else you'll need to get going. A neutral statement would be I am - Take note of the instructions (which are fantastic). This article is quite clear on when to install the heatsinks, so do not get ahead of yourself thinking that you have to install them first. As someone who has done this a lot before, you will be tempted to just get the hang of it. There is a possibility that you might install heatsinks in a way that results in the layers not lining I am - Its power supply is only rated to supply 5V at 3A, but it is marked as UL listed so I doubt there are any issues with its wiring. This means that they are correct. To give you a sense of scale, the wire on the official Raspberry Pi power supply is about three times Here are some of the bad points I am - I am really happy with my purchase of this kit, as I did not have any bad experiences with it. In conclusion, I highly recommend this book. In the future, I will buy another case for the Raspberry Pi 4, whenever I buy another one. We guarantee it!.

This is a very nice case
4/5

I am almost completely satisfied with this case and give it a 5 out of 5 rating. There are a couple of things to keep in mind. To start, the RPi is placed into the case after the base and the first two layers are completed. Consequently, the RPi does not lie perfectly level in the case due to the USB and Ethernet connectors catching on the rim of the second layer. I am really amazed by this- it is a work of perfection This is a compulsion thing, because it has no effect on assembly or access to If that third layer can be removed, I may be able to lay the RPi If either way does it for you, that is fine as well. Secondly, the fan is powered by You will need to find an alternative way to power the fan if you plan to attach a GPIO breadboard and ribbon cable to the In addition, the RPi 4 DOES get very It is possible to solve this issue through a firmware update (just Google raspberry pi vl805). It may not be necessary for you to use This is an outstanding case, except for one little detail. Edit
Now that I've determined why the RPi 4 wasn't sitting properly in the case, I can move forward. Despite being properly seated, the board was not abducted. There is a problem when you install the Rpi 4 because the USB and Ethernet connectors are reversed from how they are laid out on the Rpi It can be seen from the way the layer adjoins the current layer Since the Ethernet port has been moved, the GPIO ribbon cable cannot be seated on the connector of the repositioned Ethernet port. This issue can be seen circled in red in the attached picture (photo credited to Scott in a previously reviewed It is unlikely that this will be fixed easily so I hope the manufacturer takes note and fixes the next version of this otherwise great.

A few pro and con points that may help you enjoy reading
4/5

Now let's get to the point The pros - Inside the case is a Raspberry Pi 4 board that is sturdy There should be no jiggling - I am very satisfied with the quality of the case I am - The majority of connectors are easy to access - I think heatsinks look nice and they do a good job*-- This fan is super quiet even when operated at a high speed (5V)* I played 1080p 60 fps on my raspberry pi 4 with a fan and heatsink combination that kept the temperature at a cool 40 C You can view this video in full frame rate on A 37 C temperature was observed while the machine was in idle mode with no extra apps running. I am - All of the elements are attractive with the way they are arranged There are several parts that are see-through and black accents- These instructions are very detailed and walk you through assembly in a very graphical way. (Let's move over Ikea! ") - Contains parts that are If you keep the stack together, it will help in the reassembly process. I am - As far as I can tell, the power supply (power adapter) hasn't failed during normal use. As far as we can tell, things are going well. - CONS

It is definitely best to follow the illustrated instructions to put this together as it is not as intuitive to do. It is best to keep the stack together as it was in the box, otherwise you will have to carefully identify the parts. I am - It's not clear from the instructions how the fan cable should be routed. Later, I'll discuss that in more detail. I am - Due to the lack of lockwashers, it is possible that in the future the nuts could fall off the screws after you assemble it. Even if you only touch your finger In an effort to tighten the nuts, the nuts are likely to come undone. Later, I'll discuss that in more detail. I am - It is delicate in each of its parts. Treatment of these animals needs to be gentle. I am - In order to use the GPIO header, however, you must decide between the fan and the GPIO header. You cannot use both since the fan needs the GPIO header to take an output signal. I am - A GPIO extension can be used to connect one outside the case. There is no room on top of the raspberry pi to add a Hat, but it can be connected to it with a GPIO cable. The FAN should be pointing downward at the raspberry pi. You need the label facing downward so the raspberry pi will see it. Make sure the fan cable is routed around the fan so that the cable wraps around the sides of the fan and will all be plugged in. By rotating the entire fan prior to mounting it, you can take up any slack that might interfere with access to ribbon connectors or other connections on the board. A Note on Screws
The nuts should be tightened even more than finger tight, but not so much that they cause the plastic to crack. With a metric hex nut driver and a Phillips screwdriver, I removed the back cover panels. Put the end of the screw with the nut flush and a tiny drop of glue on the outward facing end. Be careful not to get any glue on the plastic or you'll ruin it. The type of glue that I would use is wood glue or medium-grade glue Thread with high tensile strength A fluid used to lock a vehicle. In this way, the nut will not back off, but you can still twist it loose if you need to take the case apart. It is unlikely that a lock washer will work since it might damage the plastic and there is little room for it.
