In terms of audio quality, they're comparable. It could be a matter of taste. The mono shotgun mic on the V1 is replaced by a stereo shotgun mic on the V7. In addition, the V1's microphone is powered by the phone, whereas the V7's mic is powered by a battery.

Is it compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10?

Yes; You would, however, need to buy a USB-compatible computer. Adapter from C to TRRS

Is the image stable as a result of this?

You should be able to get a steady image using the tripod. However, you can use the grip to keep things steady while in handheld mode. On the grip, there is a level that aids in stabilization.

My Google Pixel phone's microphone isn't working with the camera app that came with it. I have the necessary cabl, but which app do I require to make it work?

The tripod is a waste of time. The iPhone will always fall over unless you hold it straight up and down. The microphone and the rig are both good. Instead of filming, it's probably best to use the selfie mode.

The quality is extremely poor! I REALLY wanted to like this stand; I was excited to use it, and it looked great at first. . . br>br>However, when I set it up the SECOND time, the tripod base fell apart, as shown in the photos. br>br>Disappointing to say the least. The quality is extremely poor.
