The answer is yes
This is the first time I'm using the phone since the plastic screen was ripped out and I bought a tempered glass cover now it works great
I have had no problems with touch sensitivity other than the fact that it requires a bit of extra pressure to wake it up.
Your phone's screen needs a screen protector. Remove the screen and get a new one. The screen protectors are bad, so I did that right from the jump

This case is so beautiful! Horses are my passion and my horses wear what's called drill tech on their shoes to help with traction. It's not fine metal, but a bit coarse metal. The screen of my phone fell out of my saddle bag at her feet as we rode last week, and she stepped right on it. There are huge ruts on the screen protractor, but if you remove the case the phone is perfect! The second S8 I ordered is in the mail.
The case went through a lot of alternative options before settling on The fact that it's difficult to find a screen protector for this phone is well-known among galaxy s8 users. It was not necessary to purchase a case along with the screen protector. I was not a fan of the screen protector. When I was researching other options for a phone case that would protect both the screen and the phone, I came across this product, an all-in-one I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. My experience with this case was good. It has good quality and is easy to handle.
I really like it. I like the case a lot. For the protection it provides, it is fairly sturdy and light in weight. As for the pink, I like it as well. The color is not as bright as it appears. Rather than a bright pink, it is more subtle. There was also a clip attached to it. This way, I am able to put on my headset(not that I need it). While it's easy to take off your phone, it's a little difficult to put it back on. The case probably doesn't need to be put on and taken off constantly, but I do since I switch between home use (for which this case is intended) and going out use (I keep my phone, ID, cards, and money in another case It seems that some people have a problem with the front protector not being as touch sensitive once it is Before I got this, I already had the IQ Shield LIQuidSkin protector installed on my phone. In order to conceal the content, I placed the phone cover over it while left it on. The fact that I had two protectors on did not pose a problem for me. One of the real issues I encountered was that I could not use the Edge functions of the Galaxy S8 as effectively as I could. To get it to work, I had to touch and poke the right place a few times. It's really the features like those that make the phone so special, and I was a little disappointed when I couldn't use those functions. There's an easy way to solve this The clear plastic cover from the front cover part was removed, and the pink front edge of the phone was placed back on it. By using the Edge functions, I can still protect my screen with the screen protector I had earlier. It works perfectly now.
All functions on the phone work as expected.
It was only a problem if you got some dust on the screen before putting it on that I had to take it apart to clean. Once it is put together, it is very difficult to take it apart. Make sure anything that needs to be cleaned is done so.
There are times when it is hard to type and the phone does not actually read your command unless you press hard enough. On the whole, it is a great I like the slim shape and the corners that are impact resistant. It is well worth your money to buy this case, it does its job well. One recommendation that I know of, and have personally purchased, is to purchase a screen protector made by ArmorSuit. This case came with a built-in screen protector, but I removed it and installed ArmorSuit because I was tired of pressing too hard on the keys and having to slide my finger around 5 or 6 times to open the notification menu.
This case is a perfect match for those who want Otterbox protection without the bulk (raise your hand if you've broken a phone screen before). It is a slim, tight- fit design in pink and grey that is light and attractive. It provides dual layers of protection and coverage for front and back. It is incapable of letting dust, water, etc. into it. It was easy to install, and I haven't had any problems with sensitivity from the tinted screen protector on the front I am not sure what concerns you have. Here is a suggestion The covers for the USB port and the audio port can be easily cut off if you use your phone regularly and use earbuds or an audio jack. You can keep them if you want, but I chose not to keep them, so I cut them off I have a horrible time keeping my phones in good shape, and I have no hesitation recommending this product. I have been looking for something like this for a long time, but have been unable to find it.
Only time will tell, however. So far, I am impressed by the product. So far, I have the following proclivity Having the case in my hands is a very comfortable experience. This rubber holds well in the hands since the rubber edges are rounded. As well as looking sleek and stylish, the case also is quite durable. It also seems to me that the drop protection is good with the two-piece fullcover case. Only time will tell, however. As for the buttons, they are still responsive. The Cons are Without it, the screen is much less responsive. With it, the screen is still responsive although it is nowhere near as responsive as In addition to attempting to pull the notification bar from the top of the screen, the biggest con of this method is that it is very difficult. When the phone is covered and the button is pressed, it is extremely irritating and pretty challenging to get the phone to respond to it. For now, I'm going to use it for a while and get used to how responsive it is. I will give an update after reviewing the case, and I will decide whether I will, or will not keep it.
This case has been on my S8 since it came out of the box for a few months now. Although my phone is still in excellent condition, the case is coming to the end of its life. As soon as I took it off a month ago, the screen protector had started dislodging from the case, and I needed to pop it back on at least once a day because it occasionally got air bubbles or moisture in between. Although the plastic parts of the frame have broken after being removed, the phone can still be used. It has done the job protecting my phone, but do not expect it to stay in place for more than a few months before you need to replace it. I like how the case is not too bulky and looks great. The case I had may have been a bad one I'm not sure, but I will get another one.
