Redesign is required for the product. Try something else if you're looking for quality. It's fine if you're looking for something cheap and simple to use. A squished oval represents the 0 awg input. On either the 0 or 4 awg connection points, you cannot use a ferrule. Because the sheathing is too thick, the cover will not fit the same manufacturer's cable. I had to relieve the cover with a bur bit in a die grinder so it could snap into place. I made a poor decision and now I'm paying for it. But it's up and running now, and it's doing a great job.
The oval input connector, on the other hand, does not appeal to me. It's difficult to get all of the wire in without fraying, and it won't fit a ferrule without some tinkering. This is a great value if you don't use ferrules and have some patience.
They should include the word "delivery" in their description.
