Is it possible for me to use two amplifiers with this?

Yes, I have two gauges coming in, as well as two gauges going to a 1200 watt amp and a 2000 watt amp.

Is there anything else I'll need to run two amps aside from this?

To run sound and power on signal to the amps, you'll need additional cables. Just keep in mind that your main power cable must be capable of handling both amps.
