There is a night and day difference between these speakers and the high-end models The factory "premium" Harman Kardon ones are at the top. It has a full and round sound that is pleasing to the ears It's great to finally be able to listen to works like the first piano concerto in B minor by Tchaikovsky without getting frustrated, and I'm totally amazed when my teenage son listens to his terrible music. Although not the cheapest speakers on the market, the price from this seller is on par with other sellers. When compared to the 3k+ dollars of the factory system, these are actually worth more than you will pay for them. It was not necessary to install the tweeters because I have tested them against the (same brand) factory ones and they sound no different, and I decided to keep the factory installation for various reasons, one being that adapting them would add to much effort with little benefit, if any.
Very satisfied with these Infinity headunits that fit in the front of the Jeep JKU. Infinity is a reliable brand. I had to modify the tombstone tweeter housing a little bit. The overtones are exceptional at 80Hz), excellent mids and highs It is high. Sadly, I found that the 6 3/4" would have fit much better in the Jeep if it had been 6 3/4". I operate these off a Kenwood without an amplifier and they sound good.
This is an average pair of speakers with nothing special about them. Although I bought them for the bass, the bass is not really up to par. It's just that they're cheaply made, and they're more likely to hiss than to Better ones are available if you pay a little more. The odds are they will work for you if you aren't amplifying them. They aren't as appealing if you have a speaker system that requires clear, crisp sound that mates up with your subwoofer. A good amp will distort them as they are not capable of handling it.
It wasn't difficult to install them. Running them at a little higher than half power in my setup I can barely hear them because they scream so loudly & loudly It is clear with decent midrange There are two parts to this composition bass and guitar It was an awesome high. Despite their shortcomings, component speakers still reign supreme. The quality we received was quite reasonable for the price we paid.
The speakers are very good and sound great coming from a Kicker 65W/ch amplifier.
After replacing the speakers in my 2015 Colorado, I am extremely pleased with them. I first tried Polks and Kickers, neither of which I liked. Now that I changed the front and back speakers to infinity reference, the sound is fantastic. With the gain turned all the way down, I've hooked them up to a Pioneer 1200 watts.
