There appear to be six of them. So I'd say you're in good shape at 75.
I have two of each in different cars, and they are both performing well enough for me to respond.
That model should be number six. I had a 2002, so I don't believe they changed the size of the speakers in 2005.

a mid-bass speaker designed for professionals. The sound is very loud and clear. The speaker is in the middle. On a jl 400, they are. 4 I can't imagine putting more than 100rms into each of them. It'd be deafening. This is a professional audio mid, not a midrange speaker. There are no treble or high frequencies emitted. As a result, this isn't intended to be a replacement for the factory-installed door speakers. Unless you've got tweeters on your side.
I bought these to replace my JL Audio c2-style speakers. My 4runner's rear stage contained a 650 midbass. I'd gone through three sets of jl's and was fed up with having to replace them all the time. So far, both the sound quality and the power handling have impressed me. I can listen to these without distortion at volumes that the JLs would struggle with. They're running on an alpine pdx-based system. f4, which has a per-channel power rating of 100 watts rms. I'm hoping these last a little longer than the JL audio.
They produce a lot of sound and are ideal for use with an SPL build. They also don't sound bad. Stop overpaying for brand names and start overpaying for quality!.
The sound quality of these mid-range speakers has completely taken my breath away. br>br>These were a step up from the woofers that came with the Polk db series components, and they're an excellent replacement for when they fail, as one of mine did after 6 years of use. br>br>One minor point: they didn't quite fit into the 6. A 5" cutout of the doors from my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. There was a small gap at the bottom of the speaker that I decided to leave, and it is now slightly tilted upwards. I simply used a bead of permatex black silicone adhesive to seal the speaker's edges, and it sounds fantastic. br>br>I'm really pleased with this product and hope it lasts a long time!.
(The modifications will vary depending on the car's make and model. ) The higher frequencies were a little harsh with the quality Infinity tweeters and the two-way Speakers in the front doors, so these Skar mid-woofers came in handy. range 6- 1/2" speakers provided just enough bass and eliminated the high-frequency harshness I had been hearing. They sounded fantastic and completed the task to my satisfaction.
This product is for noobs who are strapped for cash and in need of some inexpensive speakers! It's not going to be able to handle the rms power that says! So’s legal advertising but otherwise the speakers are of good quality and sounds 60%! I expected more from Skar Audio because I adore their subs! But in any case, these mid-range speakers are a 6/10 ah Bang for the Buck or something along those lines.
So I bought a 12 inch sub and wanted a mid range that was the same brand as the sub, so I ordered these and they arrived bent and warped, so I'll have to wait another week or two to finish my car audio.
I'm not sure why Amazon said this would fit my 2012 Kia Optima; it does fit the door speaker opening, but the screw holes are a different pattern (thanks Kia). A quick fix was to drill new holes with a wood screw, and after an hour of hand drilling and thanking Kia for the brilliant idea of having a proprietary speaker hole pattern and also to use the exact length of wire, I was able to connect this. My OEM head unit is an Infinity with no NAV and no other features. This subs are a great replacement; the bass was handled by the OEM Kia crossover, so only low-frequency sounds were produced. The range was the source of food. Great value for the money, far superior to the cheapo speakers for which Kia demanded $375 for OEM replacement (lol!). Look at how big the Skars are! The magnet is extremely powerful. I'm not sure why so many people gave it less than four stars; perhaps their setup lacks a crossover or they're using it as a midrange or higher. The bass is noticeably better than the OEM infinity, and I believe they can handle more power, but I'll use it at a normal volume for a few weeks to break it in properly. If everything goes according to plan, I'll have the rears installed, as well as the dash mids and possibly a small amp to replace the OEM factory rear subwoofer. Skar has left a lasting impression on me. I'll update this review if anything happens (for better or worse), but so far everything has gone well. The $39 was the best money I've ever spent! br>br>Recent changes - A year later, I'm still blown away by the quality of these subs.
