There isn't a fuse holder in the package. It's best to use 14 or 16 gauge wire. There isn't a lot of current drawn at all.
An amplifier will be required. Preferably, an amplifier with the lowest RMS power capabilities, as this will reduce the amp's size. The crossover is a supplement to the frequency and bass gain of the amplifier! When you add it to your amplifier, it's a game changer. It has the ability to deliver deep bass that would be impossible to achieve with just an amplifier.
Yes. Simply make sure the crossover outputs aren't so high that they distort your amplifier.
I'm not sure what that is, but mine is connected to an Audio Control LC-Audio Control. Audio Control LC-800 LC-800 LC-800 LC-800 LC- 800

If you're reading reviews, don't let the negative ones deter you. Here's how to avoid the whiny noise that's been mentioned in the (few) negative reviews: br>br>PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE CROSSOVER, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT RUN ANY OF YOUR RCA CABLES ON THE SAME SIDE AS YOUR POWER WIRE. Instead, run the power wire on the opposite side of the vehicle. Then check to see if your ground point is clean and free of paint. br>br>Once installed, no matter what kind of music you listen to, it's amazing. As a result, I prefer my music to be tight and punchy (especially my bass), and this gives you that control. br>br>I wish there was a way to simultaneously boost two sub-frequency bands. br>br>everything br>br>everything br>br> All in all, it's an excellent addition to any sound system. br>br>Worth every penny!.
This thing is a game changer if you want sound quality over loud garbage this is it made my entire setup sound like a concert haul crisp highs no white noise no distortion and my subs hit lower cleaner with more punch guys have heard the before and after and all have ordered one BUY IT NOW if you want to compete and crush the competition.
At 60 Hz, a low pass filter is used. This item is absolutely fantastic. Iβm still surprised of how good this crossover turned out to be ππΌππΌππΌ?%.
The highs, mids, and lows of my music were all improved by this device. The bass is now even more powerful! Must have.
I'm going to do some more testing and, most likely, start a second swap. It's possible that this was a faulty batch. This device drove my subs insane, but only my front right speaker was working in 4 channel mode. All four speakers worked in two-channel mode, but there was little power and a lot of distortion. This item was defective, and I'm in the process of returning it. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of positive reviews. My replacement has arrived. br>br> My pioneer has four 2v output channels, and in 4 channel mode, I'm having the same problems as before. The front right and back left speakers are disabled when this setting is enabled. Everything works and sounds great in the 2 channel mode. I can't tell if the volume is different. The highs appear to be a little more refined. The substitutes. dang. I had to reduce the bass level to 1/2. The bass is much stronger and cleaner with this decice. The highs are much crisper now, and the volume is increasing more gradually. I've lost some of the low end midrange, but everything now sounds cleaner.
It gave me a lot of flexibility in terms of setting up my setup. Passive crossovers aren't my cup of tea. This was used for my front stage and I also ran my bass through it. Although it improved bass performance, it did not improve it as much as some other reviews claimed. There was no noise added, but I wish the crossover knobs had more detailed labaling. It's difficult to figure out what frequency you're on. I combined this with the clarion eq and am not currently using a head unit.
Item is fantastic! Exceeded my expectations, and shipping was extremely fast! Cleanest line voltage I've ever seen, and it's a game changer for any car audio system that uses external amplifiers.
So far, it's been great for me. It's exactly what I hoped for and expected, and it's well worth the money. I've seen it range from $75 to $120, and I can honestly say that even at $120, I think it's worth it. I didn't pay it because I couldn't afford it. I was able to break even by paying 83 dollars.
