I ordered two, one of which did not play audio and the other did not even charge the iPod. I've used this brand for years and am disappointed that after losing my previous adapter, I won't be able to use it any longer.

The sound quality is excellent, but I occasionally experience connection problems

The sound quality is good when it works, but I'm having intermittent connection issues where my radio doesn't recognize my iPod or phone? The rest of the time, all you have to do is plug it in and press the CD input button, and you're ready to go. I'm crossing my fingers that it's not a dud.
