A custom cable is provided by the manufacturer to connect the device to the head. As of now, they are shipping cables that are 50' in length. If they can send longer ones, ask them to do so. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The replacement was done promptly.

To my surprise, I am enjoying the game quite a bit so far. am using a 12' Kessler Crane and previously used a motorized head. I did not see stellar results but was able to keep the crane running when not much was required. In the past weeks I have done a shoot that entailed a project that required a greater depth of field. The Jr. is the result of my purchase. The Sony Z-1000 was used during the shoot The talent is wearing the lapel mic that is part of the Sennheiser G3 system. There is quite a bit of noise coming from the motors. It is loud enough that I am sure they are captured in the audio of a microphone mounted on a camera or in the camera's internal My crane footage is rarely used as an audio source for me, so I wasn't worried about it. Control controllers come in a variety of sizes (with mounting options) and have good performance A joystick that is the right size. You can plug in the head to an outlet in order to use it. It comes with ac power connections. It would have been good to have a more remote setup that works with battery. I recently purchased two 12v lithium ion packs with splitters, which will power the head and the monitor on the crane. The power supply for the head is a four-pin XLR I recently purchased a Bescor product with the same connection scheme. In my opinion, for the money spent, and the use of the crane only a few times a year, it will serve me well. The mounting bracket of the Kessler Crane would be very securely secured to the headplate.
The weight is very heavy, and it makes a lot of noise when tilted. You also need electricity to operate the weight. It does not work with batteries. Even when you put it on fast mode, it pans and tilts very slowly.
A new control panel was installed by the seller. As a result of the seller's efforts, the unit has been satisfactorily replaced.
If you use a crane jib, you have to have this.
