A circuitry responsible for RF or GPS signal detection doesn't appear to be part of the design. There are no electronic components in the toy, so I would only recommend it for entertainment purposes. As a HAM radio operator, I'm always on the lookout for useful and cool devices. The number of ways to track down and isolate offenders of radio frequency pollution is almost as large as the number of companies that make hack devices to do so. The companies that make those devices are primarily concerned with novelty, creating devices that beep when they are near RF signals. The bad boy is as good as it says it is and does what it is supposed to. My daughters placed two separate handheld radios around the property with the GPS transmitter in two separate spots. I was able to locate them with their GPS units. When it's set on high sensitivity, it pointed me directly towards them as they stood across the back yard. I tested radio transmitter signals that I threw at it, and it found all of them. In auto mode it's pretty simple, you just input the sensitivity and then forget it. As an operator all you need to do is adjust sensitivity and work your path to the device. Now, for my application, I needed to locate Upon standing at my desk for a few seconds, I was able to identify a monitor cable that literally carried almost as much rf when transmitting as an antenna feed line. This device was a gift about a month ago, and I have not been able to put it down since. I was able to locate my hidden devices, the signals coming from Alexa, Google and Xbox and Google Home, Moreover, it found the Cop Cam® I had installed at the same time, and this was even not recording. I'm thrilled, and please keep up the good work.

That is awful. I was not happy with the instructions. It is set off by everything. Not only did not detect hidden cameras, but also very obvious These positive reviews can be hard to trust.

It is incredibly useful to have this detector with me when I spend a night away from home, as it gives me the peace of mind that anyone won't be watching me when I am in the latrine when I wake up the next morning. (Someone had been working hard! 9) To begin with, my car scanned clean so the subject could see what a "normal" car looked like. It truly lives up to the advertisement. I am very happy with it. Having experience with radios, the only thing I could suggest would be for the device to tell me which band or frequency (or frequencies) it was receiving, so I could see what I was looking for. Probably not many people care, but for an avid radio listener like myself, it would be quite useful. It's still too early to tell It was exactly what I was looking for!.

My hotel room is often the location of sensitive conversations that I have when I travel. It has been my concern on a couple of occasions that someone might be listening in. This device was the result of a lot of research and I decided to take it During my practice sessions at home, I have experienced success. This software works as described in the manual, even though it is sparse. Generally speaking, as with all technical aspects, I will want to increase my skill level to reap the full I would like to see a video or good source that demonstrates proper use and explains what to do when errors occur (in particular false positives).
