As I read a few reviews about this product, I thought it was just a user issue based on the bad reviews. Bad reviews are right on target, I can assure you. In general, I have a lot of trouble removing the GOPRO camera from the mount of the pole. There is a difference in the length of the screw between GOPRO and the one on GOPRO, so they can't be interchanged. A major issue with the pole is that the screw cap at the end is not attached to the mount, and one can easily loose it. This screw is crucial, if you lose it, you have a real problem. Getting the screw out was also quite a challenge, so I had to grab a pair of pliers and a pair of needle pliers to remove it. I had to take it off for fifteen minutes. In all likelihood, this process will be very straightforward. As a result, the screw is damaged and when it is put back on, it sticks to the screw cover and is very difficult to turn My last words are, "I give up!" WE WERE NOT ABLE TO BUILD A BETTER POLE - SANDMARK START OVER The screw thingy needs to be done correctly. My removal of it was one of the toughest things I have ever done. You will save money if you do. This pole does not appeal to me. It's so sad! A refund is what I want.
Since my search for the right selfie pole began months ago, I haven't found it yet. It was just too narrow, and they were too cheap, and they weren't practical As I read the reviews for this SandMarc pole, I thought it would do the trick. As it turned out, In fact I usually use a light, flimsy selfie pole while snowboarding. Holding it up as the GoPro records you riding down is an effective way to display your motion. You can collect some fantastic footage if you do it correctly. I was not able to figure out why my footage was always shaken. My grip was as firm as I could make it. Following some thought, I realized the case for my GoPro with the GoPro was significantly heavier than the pole for the selfie. It meant that the camera was able to move wherever it wanted to. So there is some shaking in the In my case, I would say that this would apply to any type of moving activity, since it is all about the camera and pole weight and not how still you can hold the camera while filming in motion. The thin pole that I have is much heavier than my GoPro camera that is much larger. In the end, a heavier, more stable pole will allow you to capture non-tilting shots with a camera held firm A great video of a snowboarder going down the mountain while shaking. br>Different poles have been used in the past, but this one worked perfectly. The films I make now have very little shake and look fantastic. Additionally, I'll be able to use this pole underwater for capturing things that I see while swimming deep and to hold on to if needed. It's water-proof. There is a great deal of quality hard material in the frame. A pole can be as sturdy as it is long and can be uncoiled and handled if it is well built. *Simply put, the attachment at the end is built from metal or steal, so it will not break. In addition to a GoPro, it can also be attached to a smart phone holder, such as the Samsung Galaxy This pole is the only one that is the right thickness and weight to be able to control and hold my camera on it and keep it steady and still while riding down a mountain to film
Please note There is not much extension on this pole compared to other poles. It can be multiplied by three times the original length, which is plenty long for the purpose I need. The type of activity you are filming with pole depends on the nature of your film. When filming with a selfie pole, generally speaking, the longer the pole, the more shake will appear at the end. In order to keep the pole stable while moving, the extra length is added to it. Poles can bounce up and down, and the holder of the pole has less control over it. In light of that, the pole's length is perfect Please take a look at this review and let me know what you think. I'd love to hear from you!.
Based on reviews of the product, I bought it. This arrived quickly and appears to be built solidly with a good grip right out of the box. For extension tubes, a plastic gasket is built onto the larger tube into which the extension will fit before rotating locks secure the extension into place. Neither the plastic tube nor the larger tube has any way to keep it inside. going to be based on Two days after receiving the equipment, packed it up and transported it with the scout troop to Florida. They were already ready for use when they arrived in Florida. The extension came straight out of the right side of the unit once I took it out of the bag. We noticed that the plastic gasket had been broken, but it wasn't a big deal. The item at this point would have been useless since who wants to trust a broken extension tube with a $500 camera attached to it 20ft beneath the surface? A manufacturer with the best of intentions, but a terrible quality control process. It is because of the poor quality control that the rating of "1" is given. Considering that this was a low impact issue, it's possible to score a 3. Nevertheless, a failure like this under water might cost you hundreds of dollars and a $32 part. If you are going to use things in high-risk areas, this is not a risk you want to take.
Recently I ordered a selfie stick to take with me on a trip to the Caribbean so that I can take my go-pro underwater snorkeling. We couldn't take pictures with it or swim with it because the water was not very user-friendly. If you extend the selfie stick, you still have to push the button on the go pro camera to take a picture or video, and the camera is far away from your hand. In the two sections of the pole there are these small plastic pieces that come out when you try to extend them and since there are no directions it is hard to know if they are part of the packaging and you may discard them or if they are part of the functionality meant to remain inside the pole. it very difficult to adjust the extensions without them coming all the way out, and it was hard to get them back in without them coming out all the way. Originally, I had thought this stick would allow me to take photos of fish and other animals I saw far away underwater. However, that didn't turn out to be the case. My only problem was I spent a lot of time underwater trying to reach the go pro button and the stick blocked me from doing so. Rather than the long stick that floats, I prefer the shorter stick with foam around the handle. A button at the base of the handle would have allowed you to control the functions of the camera and would have made using it more convenient and intuitive. Instead, there is no such button. This product is overall unsatisfactory in its functionality.
