Compatible with some Android galaxy devices, but not with others. A Bluetooth device detects it and connects, but it does not remain connected for as long as a Speaker or Headphone would. My iPad seems to work the best, none of my other phones work, I've tried Galaxy S9, S10 and S20. All of them did not work.

It has some quirks that waste paper and needs to be jumped to begin. I have had this product for a few days now and used it several However, there are some barriers to getting through. It is fairly simple to set up. A little anticlimactic was the fact that the battery needed to be charged right out of the box. In the end, the fact that the printing itself was so high-quality made me leave a review. In trying to print a photo of my kids, I came out with an extremely zoomed in photo that didn't even show the actual subject. Since I was afraid of wasting my photo paper, I had to do it a second time and choose a different image. I don't know why it uses regular paper since it's not like the other stuff. I may update my review if customer service reaches out or if I figure out what's going on. Please let me know if you have any other questions. It prints 100 or so stickers of perfect quality, then they start appearing with white lines. I've had a few of them, diff kinds, the throst was the best but now the image of the girl has weak spots of ink on it. This picture is in hd, but it appears to be unstable with white steaks and unsteady printing.

There is a printer connected, but the app never even detects that I have it. What the heck

Resolved. My phone app had to be updated, so I updated it on my printer, and now I'm able to connect. I love the tiny pictures too! I love having physical pictures around my house, regardless of how small they may be. As for the quality, it is also pretty good.

In my post, I stated I had not received the product, and regardless of the tracking data being correct, it was still wrong to cite the day it wasn't delivered.
