This SMALLRIG Monitor Cage with Sunhood - 2249 provides a complete solution to protect the SMALLHD Focus Series 5" HDMI Monitor from the elements and add scratch resistance. The tilt arm on the right side of the SMALLHD is compatible with it

With two 1/4 threaded holes at the top and bottom, the focus cage for SmallHD can be securely attached to the cage top and bottom. It also features anti-twist features.

In addition to the NATO rail on the side, the SMALLRIG cage for SmallHD 5" monitor includes a NATO clamp on the bottom. Your setup will be quick release, and you will be able to attach smallrigg magic arm 2071, and NATO to 15mm rod mounting clips 1254, etc.

For smallHD focus, the SMALLRIG cage with sun hood has a quick release hook and loop fastener sun hood that provides glare protection when the sun hood is in place. Access to the control button is not obstructed thus allowing you to continue operating the device without restriction

The holes have multiple threads for ARRI standard accessories such as 1/4", 3/8" and 3/8''. Attaches to the cage and can be used with SMALLRIG Magic Arm 2115, Monitor mount 1842, etc. The cable clamp that comes with the cage can also be used to protect HDMI ports and SDI ports.

Could this also be used with the feelworld master ma5 5" monitor? (in essence, it's a knock-off Would you mind giving me an HD Focus ?

It's not clear how this unit differs from the MA5, but these units are usually built specifically for the SmallHD's shape and layout.

The hood protects your head from the sun

Although I would have liked the hood, this cage is decent. In addition, I can include 2 screws to mount it to my monitor arm so it doesn't move around. Is exactly what I need.

As a result of securing my monitor with this hood, I have a peace of mind knowing that it is A removable sun hood that can be put on or taken off easily over bright daylight is a useful addition as well. The picture shows it nicely (See Pic).
