Product Description

It mounts to the monitor with one 1/4''-20 screw on top and two M3 screws on the left side. For mountings across the top and bottom, the cage has multiple 1/4''-20, 3/8''-16 holes, along with a mounting point for ARRI.

A full complement of NATO rails is included which are either on the top or the bottom allowing the use of SMALLRIG ball heads and magic arms such as the 2071 or 2072 for quick installation.

The cage is compatible with a second SMALLRIG HDMI Cable Clamp 1693 in case a second HDMI output is required. Attached to the left is a protector for the HDMI cable and a plug for the HDMI connection

A range of Drive locks are included to make the cage backwards compatible with Master Caddy II for Atomos, which includes the larger 2 inch standard size. The cage's form factor incorporates 5'' drives

The SMALLRIG Ninja V cage features raised attachment points both on top and on bottom of the cage for the use of neck straps and integration with Ninja V Sunhood frames.

Do you think the bottom screw thread is not supposed to screw into the base What about the bottom big screw? The top fits but it won't fit?

My only experience with it is the oled HDMI 5. I bought it for my Ninja V, so I do not know much about it.

A show that was magnificent in every respect

The mount can be mounted on the 1/4 mount or the NATO mount, hold HMDI cables whilst glued down. The monitor is what I use to keep my My rotation and tilt monitor mount for my Small rig With one side of my Magic Arm being NATO, I just purchased a rig arm from Small rig. This monitor protection is well worth the cost. I have already used the HDMI clamp once to save the Atomos. No one else can match it, so yes, it's expensive. You should definitely give it a go if you're still on the fence.

Q. will receive all of the screws and allen wrenches required to assemble the project. A problem with the box was that there were no instructions. There would be no way for you to know that without instructions. In order to put the correct installation in place, I had to watch a YouTube video. Although there was a glitch, it was a small issue that could have been resolved with a 3 x 5 installation card. But overall, I am happy with the purchase and I would recommend it to others. There is no comparison between the two.

I have a second Small Rig Cage System to protect my second Atomos Ninja V video recorder/monitor

A 2nd SmallRig Cage and Hood was just delivered to my setup so that I could mount the Ninja V to the main video camera rig as well as an ANDYCINE swivel/friction mounting system. The SmallRig Cage System Tool for Videographers also arrived as a bonus, so I now have to put it all together and install it before I can get rid of the garbage
Best system to protect my Atomos Ninja V video recorders and monitors.

The Atomos Ninja V was a perfect fit for the Atomos Ninja V. I am very pleased with the quality of this product. If you could make the tabs that hold the full length of SSd a little firmer, it would make it easier for it to hold in place.

Cage of good quality

The cage is solidly constructed and looks great. My machine had problems with some threads, and I had to return it. XT3 so I will also have to buy a different cage since the Ninja does not work well with my system! It is a 100% recommendation for the Ninja box, if you are finding it useful.

Very close to the perfect fit

A pleasure to use Ninja V embraces its environment with a hard cover as if it were a soft coat. The advertisement is a little middle of the pack Leading because it looks as if it comes with the (grey- Where are you? a lens hood for shooting outdoors. The Ninja does not come with it (or it was accidentally left out of the package) but I'm going to ignore this because I want to use it indoors.

It's the normal size SSD that I use, which means that I needed a cage to keep it safe. Fortunately, Smallrig was able to assist me once again. Thanks a lot!.
