I just purchased my second one of these and am writing a review to share my experiences. In the past two years, the first one has been a key piece of gear in my bag, and I finally became exasperated with the speedlites it was paired with as they were so inconsistent that I decided I needed to start adding more AD200s to You can count on the power and recycling of this device being strong, as well as the long battery life that it offers. I like it a lot! Very versatile, and its compact size makes it the perfect travel companion

In addition to being usable in umbrellas indoors and outdoors, it has enough power to be used as a mini- generator. Rather than just a bare bulb, I've used a speed light head more. The battery life is pretty good, but I would definitely order an extra battery just to be safe. I was able to charge my device to 100% after about 4 hours, when it arrived from 0%.
