Will make your video chats, conferences, and zoom calls look better. If you want to improve the appearance of your online video conferencing, you'll need some sort of lighting. I've included two screen captures, one without light and one with light, both with ambient room lights turned on. This light, which serves as a "key" light, greatly aids in the separation of my face from the background. br>br>There are ten different brightness settings and three different modes on the light. The first mode is a yellowish incandescent look, the second is a combination of yellowish light and bright white, and the third mode is bright white; in the photos, I used the combined colors (2) mode with the brightness set to around 5. br>br>The light comes in a nice box with the light, a mini tripod with bendable legs, and a clip for attaching to a laptop or thin desktop monitor (it will only clip on one of my three desktop monitors because the other two are too thick). If you have a spare microphone boom, the clip will fit perfectly on it, giving you a lot of placement options. br>br>A USB power cord, which appears to be 5-foot in length, is included with the light. 6 ft. (I didn't count how long it was. ) It's easy to set up. Simply connect the light to any available USB port or a USB cube charger (similar to what you'd use for your phone) and place it where you want it. The light was perched on my monitor using a mini tripod, slightly to my right as I'm facing the monitor, and the screen shots were taken with OBS Studio. I recommend experimenting with the settings in the application you'll be using for your conference to get the look you want, as there appears to be some variation between platforms in my case. br>br>The construction is plastic, but it appears to be sturdy enough given that it will most likely be used on your desktop. The bottom has a standard size screw hole for mounting tripods and other mounts, like the ones I use for my action cameras. This opens up a plethora of mounting and placement options for the light. Also, because the light is powered by USB, it can be used while traveling if you have a USB battery pack. Sure! Meetings can be held using Zoom. Awesome! But there are a plethora of other applications for this useful and bright light. For my atelier, I'm constantly on the lookout for a bright, portable light. It does sit on top of my laptop and does an excellent job of lighting the subject (me), and it's very simple to dim (or brighten) the light. Others have done an excellent job of describing these functions. However, I was taken aback by how many other applications I discovered for it. It's as simple as picking it up and moving it. It can be supported in one of two ways: with the adorable little tripod with pocket clip, or with the adjustable clip attachment. It comes with a long USB cable as well as inline controls. The clip works well on my laptop, but it isn't wide enough for a regular monitor, at least not mine; however, if you need it for the desktop, you can clip it to anything else, as shown in my photo. It has a large number of LEDs, allowing it to be as bright as you desire. I have other similar lights, but none are as bright as this one for its size; you can, of course, dim it or switch to a warmer light if you prefer. It appears to be competitive in comparison to the plethora of similar lights on the market, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Since the pandemic, I've had to switch to the Zoom and Veevo platforms for all of my live conference talks. I've had to learn a lot about neutral backgrounds, how to adjust my height, and most importantly - how to smile. lighting. The angled desk lamp in the office would occasionally fall, or the duct tape wouldn't stick, or it was the wrong color for my skin tone, too bright/dark, or made me look like I was under a spotlight. This Ring Light, on the other hand, has been an excellent solution to these problems because it is extremely light, clips easily to my MacBook Pro or Acer laptops, and does not obscure the webcam. It comes in three different color tones and can be adjusted depending on the lighting in the room or how you want your face to look. It has a tri-fold design. Pod if you'd like that option on its own. It's well-packaged, and there are instructions included. It is powered by plugging the USB power cord into the side of your laptop or desktop computer, which is extremely convenient. I don't see any issues with this product other than the fact that I wish it came with a non-stick coating. Because of the ring light, you should wear reflective glasses. or any other source of light As a reflection, it will appear. Aside from that, I'm glad I bought it.

Very good) and, at the same time, purchased this light, which, by the way, makes me look a million times better than my crappy camera. It's no surprise that my camera had malfunctioned: ) Instead of trying to teach myself how to take screenshots again, I used my phone to take a picture of my screen. On the phone, the pictures aren't very good - They're far superior for reals, believe me. It has a variety of cool lighting modes. as well as a dimming switch On me, the brightest light is the most effective! I haven't tried it in a Zoom meeting yet, but I am confident that it will make me look much better. Thank you for the light. br>It's similar to a virtual makeover. br>br>I used three different modes to take the photos. Sorry for the poor quality of the photos, but you can clearly see the difference in the coloring.
