In fact, I used them for that purpose I have most of my landscape lights with a plastic rim that can be removed so I can change the After tracing the right size circles onto the films, I cut them out using scissors. I used the original plastic insert as a template. In the end, I just sandwiched the colored plastic between the outer screw on rims and the inner plastic lenses. They work fine and are lovely colors. The display will cover all the seasons (Halloween, Christmas, Easter, 4th July, etc.).
If you have a Sharpie, I'm sure you could do it.
It would be like cutting open a piece of plastic packaging that is hard but flexible. Due to the lack of calipers, I cannot provide an exact measurement of They are flexible and sturdy at the same time. It's thin enough to cut with scissors, as well as flexible enough to bend a little.

In a nutshell, They are such a simple thing that can make all the difference in the way lighting is controlled in the studio. As a quick fix, I just tape them over some new LED lights I bought for my studio and sometimes I experiment with my disco light in tandem with it. The theater where I live is closed in quarantine, so most of New York City's variety and burlesque shows are being streamed online. These gels have definitely helped me to create the illusion of being on stage or in a club instead of sitting in my living room at home.
I use these for my landscape lighting. This is a fun activity for any occasion. As a result of the St Louis Blues winning Stanley Cup, the house was bathed in a blue and yellow glow. There is a purple and a green Gras in Madrid. Our LED landscape lights are circle shapes that I cut out and press into. In addition, LED lights will not melt over the holidays, and will be easy to replace.
Though I like the heavier weight of these gels, the color of the actual product doesn't match the color shown in any of the product listings. There are very few colors with any effect that is strong enough to be of any use, and when there is one it is an odd shade of green or blue, not a true green or blue, but sort of a blueish-green A green color. It is not possible to stack colors in a way that produces clear and usable colors.
The white lights on my overcabin are too bright, so I bought these to cover them Here's the link We used a combination of green and yellow to dampen the harsh light from the microwave range. Having tested them on the range, there were 2 of each gel color, and they are pretty sturdy and hold up to the heat, so they should be fine with either flash bulbs or low-wattage bulbs.
Usually I do not write reviews, so I only do so when I am In recent days, I purchased four 100w flood lights (made by Royana) and attached them with these films. There is a warm glow from the lights There's nothing hot about this. The cooling was still improved by the addition of spacers. The direct contact method would also work, in my opinion. I used clamps from Home Depot to hold the films. Despite the expected outcome, the films worked right away. I have changed the colors of the building depending on the season and the church. My first attempt was to compare a hot, inefficient halogen flood light (left) to a new LED flood light. On the second photograph you can see the white light on the entire building, and on the third one you can see how the films worked. The results are very satisfactory for me. Wishing you a happy holiday season.
What I needed was a dimming device that would dim the morning sun and add a bit of warmth to the light coming into Just like any other window film, these are easy to apply Cut the gel to size, remove the film from both sides of the gel, spray soapy water on the window and gel, place where you want it, squeegee the excess water and bubbles out of the gel (use a credit card or something similar). This is a quick, easy and inexpensive way to make a room look like new!.
The bulbs didn't get hot! I'm glad they weren't burnt out! Except for the mistake that was not the fault of the product, it performed well. All of them melted until they became a puddle. I love it!.
In my opinion, orange gel would have been a great color for my project. I had to laminate it four times in order to get the "orange" color I wished for. I had no problem with that, but when I needed a different color, they were all too dark. Despite the fact that your product was excellent, I selected the orange one because I hoped the "depth" of the color was the same as that of the other colors.
