Any flash will be hidden by them. I used Velcro to attach my flash units (1" wide on each "SIDE" of the flash head) and then a very small piece of Velcro (1/8" wide / 1" long) to each of the gels. By "FOLDING THE 1' X 1/8" STRIP" over the edges of each gel, I was able to get 1/2" of Velcro on each side. This was done on each gel's opposite side. The gels simply adhere to the surface and are easy to remove. As a result, the rubber band is unnecessary; 1' wide Velcro strips are available at any hardware store. And. The included "Rubber Band" can also be used to remove a "STUCK FILTER." In terms of quality, the gels are excellent. tuff. color combination is excellent. I hope this has been of assistance. Boone, I appreciate your kind words.
If you're asking if the colors are labeled, the answer is yes. That is not the case. However, figuring out which ones you prefer is a lot of fun:
They cannot be used with a flash on a camera. This set of gels is intended for use with external flash, such as the "Canon 580 EX" or something similar.
Yes, it functions perfectly.

I gave this product a three-star rating when I first reviewed it. The product was decent, but it was missing a crucial component. As an apology, they offered me a full refund and let me keep the product I had received. Given that the product I did receive was exactly as expected, I couldn't agree to a full refund with a clear conscience. The Velcro attachment that holds the gels to the flash was completely missing, which is why I deducted two stars. I'm giving these guys 5 stars for their effort to 100% ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase after receiving the partial refund as requested. I am a very satisfied customer who received excellent customer service; in summary, if they don't get it right the first time, they will go out of their way to make it right.
This is the second set of gels for my flash speed lights that I've purchased. This set is fairly good, with the exception of one that appears to be slightly discolored; however, the final product, i. e. the photo, appears to be unaffected. Overall, this is a great buy for creativity for the money spent.
These gels are fantastic! They work great with a pair of TT560 Speedlites that I have. The only drawback is that it only comes with one strap to keep them attached to the flash, so I had to find a larger rubber band to use with the second flash. They're well-organized and durable right out of the box in the pouch. Any camera bag would benefit from this addition.
Not bad for the price; the flimsy gels are a little difficult to work with, but they do the job. Some users have expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that it does not fully cover the flash. I didn't think about it because it wasn't a big deal for me. Even if some of the flash was exposed, the photos were not significantly harmed. br>br>So, overall, these are excellent if you are just getting into the gel game; my only real complaint is that they are flimsy and a little difficult to attach to the flash using the included rubber band. br>br>I was using the Canon 430EXii and the Yongnuo YV560IV for reference. I've attached a photo that I took with a red gel.
Depending on how your flash is set up, I recommend doing yourself a favor and rigging something similar to what I've done. I used two bands of friction tape on the left and right sides of the flash where the gel tabs go in, and I'll probably break a toothpick in half and tape it in there as well to provide a small amount of clearance so the gel can be swapped easily. I had to stretch the rubber band all the way out to get it in one side, then struggle to get it in the other. I have my flash rigged in an S Type bracket mounted inside an octo softbox by Neewer, so there's even less room to tug and pull on the rubber band. I can get by with the friction tape right now, but I think once I pull it off and put a toothpick broken on each side as a little riser it'll be even better.
Although the material is flimsy, it is long-lasting. The plastic isn't as thick as I'd like it to be, and I think the color on your subjects would be richer if it were. But it does the job, and for the price, it is well worth it. Caps for beginners that come in a variety of colors. Go out and make something!.
It has a timer that tells it to turn off after 60 seconds of inactivity. use. The manufacturer claims that you can override or reprogram it to extend the period, but there is no mention of changing this setting in the manual, and despite the manufacturer's advice, you should not do so. , but I can't seem to get it to work. Furthermore, despite the fact that the manual states that you can turn the light back on by pressing any button after it has been turned off, in my experience, you can only do so by switching the on-off switch. OFF/ON OFF/ON OFF/ON OFF/ON OFF/ To say the least, it's inconvenient; additionally, the manual states that the on light is green, but it's actually red, and only red. It's got to be a manual for a different model, right?.
the flash should be mounted Because these filters are so thin, all 20 of them can fit into a small bag. 14 color effects, 5 color corrections, and 1 diffusion are included, and they can be easily mounted on any shoe. the flash should be mounted.
