There's no actual "Gel" in these As far as I can tell, it is such a thin and Place on top of a light, but won't be good. This isn't something to be molded, stretched, or manipulated in any way. It helps in the following way
In short, yes. This is what I use for outdoor work. My landscaping lights changed color as soon as I arranged them in a circle and cut them to a circular shape.
A few of the ones I purchased were damaged or had holes in them. The first set crumpled quite a bit under heat, while the other two held up really well to 300 watt arri bulbs. Despite their differences, I found Lee Quick Location Lighting Gel Filter Pack (24) 10"x12" Sheets to have a wider variety of choices, and though the sheets are thinner, we found that they held up to heat better for us. They are still both in use for me.
12" x 12" is the size of the sheets.

Color-correcting can be a bit challenging due to the similarity of the palette, but it gives you a good assortment of colors to choose from.

Would have been great if there had been a little It surprised me to discover that lighting gels have a thin film on both sides after having not worked with them in 20 years. A very easy mistake to make. There is a possibility that this film is causing people to complain about warping when they are in close Before I discovered the film and peeled the film off, I also experienced the same warping (which did not affect the light or colors at all). Peeling the gels did not cause any problems for the gels after use.

We have LED lights installed in our apartments as a result of the management company. The first thing I did when I needed spot light gels was to head to Amazon. Besides the large size and color choices, I chose these for the large size.
Because I am not a Prime Member, it was surprising how quickly they arrived. Magnets were used to hang all of them except the one over the sink where I cut pieces to fit inside the cover of the light. I really like how they look and how they're more gentle for.

In keeping with the holiday spirit, I purchased these transparent color sheets not just for using in special lighting, but also to illuminate shrubs, trees and other holiday stuff in color. By cutting out circles of 2, I was able to make two. The numbers 5, 3 and 3 are all the same. We will use them for the various low voltage LED landscape lights that will be 25". Because these LED lights do not get hot, I am able to place them directly on A little experimentation with some colors, and with the combination of colors, has produced some interesting results (although not all of them were for the best). Ideally the colors would show off better in the winter when there is snow on the ground and on the plants, however even now it is nice to see them.

This was my first time to shoot with gels, and I was very pleased with the result. Duct tape will remove the clear coating from them, so don't use it to hold them in place. Please find attached an image using the blue and yellow gels I used to take the photo.

It was primarily for the yellow, orange, and red filters that I got these. My paper cutter escaped when I used an exact-o knife (the culprit remains unknown. it turns into the Paper-white A green day! Usually when I read on my Kindle at night I'm winding down in bed, but it keeps putting on this intense green screen According to research, the blue light is the worst for disrupting someone's circadian rhythms and sleep parameters, such as how long it takes to fall asleep and how restorative it is. With my new Kindle, I'm able to read it perfectly at night, there is no distortion and no blurring, and it has a RED light, which is the farthest away from green on the visible spectrum. A blue color. My current project is to cut a yellow or orange filter to fit my laptop screen, attach velcro to the edges, and place it on my screen at night so I can get work done without compromising There is only one thing you need to be aware of - these do appear to scratch easily, so keep that in mind. I was surprised to find that these were really cheap at the time of my purchase. The only downside is that you can easily replace one if you scratch it up. Previously, I wore the UVEX industrial orange glasses while reading on my kindle at night, and the glasses also worked perfectly well. However, I like to read my kindle on my side, in which case the glasses dig into my face and negate the enjoyment I experience. The UVEX is still my go-to for other applications, and it is fantastic.

My Acucolors almost seem to fit in these. With the exception of the orange & yellow, all the penlights are from Comet Unlike oranges or greens, which have enough pigment to be called green, they lack color pigment. Moreover, the violet allows in white light, which is not good for the correction of color lighting. Unlike a true red, this isn't a red at all. The manufacturer should improve the pigment selections of this set, so I would recommend it to all of my clients. There is one notable feature of this set that I love Red and yellow are the two colors I need to mix to get the correct orange color. You can obtain the correct green by mixing yellow with light blue (for some reason, dark blue does not mix well, but it would be fine on its own as well). White light must be blocked out by 3 sheets of paper in order for violet to appear. The yellow and the blue The color pink is more resistant when it is layered twice. When mixing three colors, I use one deficient green mixed with one light blue to create the green I am looking for. As you can see, these gels would still be useful if you were able to mix the colors. Unlike the gels that won't cut evenly out of other films, this plastic material lets you punch out the color disks easily. Gels of this type are also stiffer and thicker in comparison to the liquid gels and are excellent for forming penlights that can be used in AcuColors for color healing on the acupoints.

The following is a review of the "Neewer 12 x 12" Eight inches, packed in a pack of eight. In general, Neweer is a hit or miss product, and most people will probably get a miss out of them. It is similar to the material you would see in an old-fashioned pair of red-blue 3d glasses. The normal lighting gel is clear of opacity and flexible. A cloudy gel with a stiff texture is what we have here. Lights cannot easily be clipped on to them, since they won't bend as required. If you don't bend the wires, you will be able to use Besides a minor color change, there was no significant change in the hue. The orange and blue ones could be used to correct the color of a photo, but if that is your goal then the rest will be waste. If you just want a filter pack, I recommend getting one from Rosco or Lee. Even though you'll be paying just a bit more per sheet, you'll be able to utilize those sheets to their full potential.
