To take it out, first make sure there isn't a thumb screw holding it in place, then simply pull straight out. If the thumb screw isn't holding it in place, it should be easy to remove.
They certainly ought to. It's the same for all of them. Mine was damaged when I got it, but it should all work now.

Works. It's prone to breaking. Acrylic was a possibility for the cover glass.
The replacement lamp arrived in good condition and was packaged well.
As a backup, I purchased this.
Excellent light source. It works. No issues.

I found the product to be exactly what I was looking for.
For my flash, I needed a low-cost backup bulb. You never know when a bulb will go out at a critical moment, so having a backup is a good idea.
