It is not recommended that the bulb be used if the outer case has been damaged.

Is this compatible with the Godox ad600bm camera?

I'm not sure what model number that is, but my Explor600 fits that flash.

I ordered three of these and all three of them have slipped out of the strobe

THEY DO NOT REMAIN CORRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE STROBES. There will be no replacement or response to questions about this issue. Service that is substandard.
