Godox BD-04 Barn Door Barndoor with Honeycomb Grid and 4 Color Gel Filters (Red Yellow Blue Green) for 7" Standard Reflector

Having installed it on a 7-inch, I can say that it went smoothly Comes with a 5-inch reflector, included with all Godox AD600 models This is the standard seven. Most others should also be able to use it. I did not find it very tight because the angle on the grid is not I wonder what the temperature will be like in 40 degrees? As long as you can use the doors with them it's sufficient for me, but if grids are your thing there's another set you might like. There is no need for color correction in the color filters. It's fine.

If nothing else, it looks cool, but I do use it to flag off spill, and the yellow filter is a beautiful golden hour.

My order had been shipped from another country and, although the packaging was nice and I received it in a plastic bubble envelope, the cardboard box inside was somewhat damaged. The diffuser had the required measure, so I was confused why that was the case. This then follows. The idea was clear to me. In view of the dimensional damage of the packaging, there was a slight possibility that the lids got bent during shipping and handling That was the belief I had in mind). After I adjusted the bent lids to allow the diffuser to fit in, I did so with very light force so that the diffuser would be able to hold. That was the solution to our problem. While it may seem intuitive to figure out how to put everything together, it would be nice to include an instruction manual with the product. When the gels are inserted, they are very light in color. 60w led lights won't be powerful enough to make them a very useful light source, even if they are inexpensive. It is possible that they will I could go on but for now I'll just say that the 40 degree honeycomb grid is a little flimsy, but it's light (which is good). In addition to concentrating light, the grid has the effect of reducing brightness if used too close to a subject or surface, the grid shadow pattern is quite noticeable. This is a decent product for those on a tight budget who are interested in barn doors.

I have tested this barndoor set with the following different brands of 7" reflectors and it has fit well You can find these brands at Balcar, Bowens, and There are three major companies in this field buff, inc. , flashpoint, and godox. The chimney even fits my Plume, ltd. chimney, so I would expect it to fit other brands such as Broncolor, Elinchrom, Profoto, etc.

I also like how it has a simple locking mechanism that keeps it in place My feelings are that the inclusion of the pre-existing conditions is essential for me A bonus of the frame is the color gels and the grid spot.

A great price is also offered.

Though the product is solidly built, since its mount does not fit all fixtures with the same diameter, it is of no use.

Their purpose is to do what they are designed A simple and easy to use website. Nevertheless, I still have it, just don't use it as much as I used to). All I wish is that there were more colored pieces to choose from. This is a quality resource that any photographer that wants to do more with their photos should have.

I really like it. My only complaint would be that they don't have a little flap that sits between the doors and the body so light doesn't leak out when the barn doors are open. Despite that, it still works well.

I was not happy with the packaging. I have no complaints except for the fact the first tabs arrived bent to where I had to return it, and the second still required bending at.

Gel color snaps onto a lip at the end and is held in place by magnets. It's ok for barn doors to stay in their place. My BestShoot 7 inch reflector, which I also purchased, works well with this kit. You're doing a great job with it!.
