Selected User Reviews For Kodak Mini Shot 2 Retro | 68-Sheet Bundle | Portable Wireless Instant Camera & Photo Printer, Compatible with iOS & Android and Bluetooth Devices, Real Photo (2.1x3.4) 4Pass Technology - Yellow
Mini shot 2 by Kodak is a vintage camera. br>I am completely smitten with this instant camera! br>You can take photos and print them right away! Unlike some instant photo cameras, which waste film after taking photos you don't like, you can delete and take another if you don't like the first one. br>On the front, there is a small mirror for taking selfies. br>You can also use Bluetooth to connect your phone to the app and edit and print your photos! If you're looking for an instant photo camera, I've done some research for you. Both the Kodak Retro mini shot 2 and the Fujifilm Mini Liplay have LCD screens on which you can select the settings for how you want your photos to print, and both can connect to your phone via Bluetooth and print instantly from an app. br>The Kodak mini shot has waterproof film, so if you accidentally get your photo wet, it won't be damaged. The Fujifilm mini liplay's film is just a mini Polaroid, and the picture quality isn't as good as the kodak mini shot 2, but you can record a sound and print out a qr code, so the person you give the photo to can scan the qr code on the picture and hear whatever song or message you br>The zinc in Polaroid cameras is also similar. Because the Polaroid zinc has a touch screen lcd and more features, it is simply an upgraded version of the Kodak mini shot. Video can be recorded, and printed photos can be peeled and stuck anywhere. However, when it comes to costs, Even when purchasing the camera and cartridges together, the Kodak mini shot is about $50 cheaper. In addition, I think the camera is cuter, and I like the retro look. I only wish there was a wider range of colors to choose from. br>As a result of this review, I believe the Kodak Mini Shot 2 is a good value for the features I want in an instant photo camera. It has a cute appearance. It has a good vibe. high-resolution photos with Bluetooth connectivity so I can edit and print directly from my phone I have a mini mirror for selfies and a LCD screen to view the photo I took before printing it!.
I like to read customer reviews before making a purchase. I was torn between the "I adore this!" and the "I despise this!" " comments, and the "it's still jamming!" " says the author. br>I couldn't wait to unbox and photograph this product when it arrived. The thrill of it all faded quickly. br>I quickly connected the Bluetooth to the camera and began printing photos after it was unboxed. Everything seemed to be in order. until the third photo was taken I noticed a yellow film rolled up with the photo, and the photo returned to the camera unit before I could figure out what was going on. Instead of the picture popping back out, the camera and app gave me a message telling me to check the cartridge. br>It turns out that the cartridge had become jammed. br>Don't worry, I ordered a few extra cartridges with my order, knowing that once I got the camera/printer, I'd want to print to my heart's content. br>I loaded the second cartridge and decided to snap my photos instead of printing them because I thought I was printing too quickly. It behaved similarly after the second photo. Jammed. br>I'm torn between keeping it for the sake of aesthetics and light entertainment and returning it (due to the price tag, woof). If you have the extra cash, I think this is a "fun" product, but not a "bang for your buck" product, especially since it tends to jam out after 2-minutes. When the cartridge only has about 8 papers, 3 photos are taken.
For years, I've been eyeing an instant camera, waiting for the right one to come along. I'm still looking for the perfect one after purchasing and returning this. br>I liked the design and feel of the camera, as well as the fact that it's rechargeable and can print directly from your phone. The cartridge, however, is jammed. Every. Single. It does not print the image; instead, it presses the exposure into plastic yellow, magenta, and cyan, but the motor is insufficient. I was only able to get one photo printed. One! br>The second print jammed the pre-loaded cartridge. When the camera arrived, it was already loaded. There was no way to fix it, so I had to remove the cartridge and throw away the remaining 7 shots, which cost me money. br>I had no trouble loading the next cartridge. When I tried to print, it got stuck. It should be noted that the camera was not moved and was sitting on a solid surface. The traffic jams are still there. Please do not purchase this camera. Make a financial plan. br>This is coming from a ten-year professional photographer: this camera is a waste of money.
Rochester, New York, at its finest. I've taken a few photos, and the quality is excellent; however, if you expect the picture to be crystal clear, as on an iPhone64 display, keep using your phone to save thousands of meaningless photos. If you want to keep memories or have something tangible that will outlast us, this is the place to be. Then this is ideal because we all take thousands of meaningless photos and post them on Facebook/Instagram or save them to our computers. What happens when computers fail, and where does history go when that happens? It's amazing how much we (I) took film for granted; I wish it was available everywhere once more. You only have 30 photos on a roll, so waste one by taking a conceited selfie or "perfecting" a family photo to show your Facebook "friends" that your fake family is better than theirs. Cheap film cameras should be brought back. When film became obsolete, it brought with it fake photos, fake people, fake personas, and an entire generation of screwed ups. Step up and promote film and new film cameras, Kodak. It could be your second time, or you could re-enter the market. This year is the year of "rebirth. " Film cameras will resurface because they were simpler, faster, and more tangible.
It's fantastic! The quality of the photos is fantastic.
While the camera was in use, it was a lot of fun. By Labor Day, the camera had booted to the yellow startup screen and was doing nothing. I attempted to contact support, but received the following response: "Thank you for contacting Customer Support! You have reached the incorrect licensee for your device. Please contact the correct support team located in your user guide. "br>br>Spoiler alert: I was contacting the "correct" support team in the first place.
It is extremely simple to operate. The photos are of good quality. This is a must-see for anyone who enjoys cameras.
