Questions & Answers

What is the battery charger included with it?

You will not find a standard charger in the box. You can charge your camera via the USB cable that comes with it. Rather than using the wall charger that was supplied with the FZ70, I currently use the regular wall charger.

This looks to be a touch screen, right?

Greetings! Thank you so much for reaching out to me. A touch screen is present on this device.

For instance, does the fz80 have a rotatable screen like the dmc-fz200 from Lumix?

Fz80 will still have a fixed screen, but the screen has now been upgraded to a touch display. With a movable screen and various other features, the fz300 replaced the 200, which, according to some reviewers, is a better choice than the 80 cameras.

Do I have to use 4K resolution to take pictures and videos, or can I go down to ?

Greetings! Thank you so much for reaching out to me. With this unit, you can shoot videos in 1080p.

The zoom is awesome, the shots in low light are poor, the focus ring does not work, however the frame rate is fast, the price is excellent
4/5

The pros are
In this video, the zoom is one of the most impressive features. There is no SLR lens that compares. You can use it for birdwatching, to zoom in on a face in a crowd, to take pictures of wildlife, and even to take shots of distant stuff. It is great to watch 4K videos. Canon has no 4K in the low or middle price ranges, however I'm a Canon SLR user It was perfect for what I was looking for in an SLR, so I thought I would get it. This game has a fast frame rate. With this camera, you can record a video with 4k resolution, which is 8MP at 30 frames per second. This was a painful process on the camera, so I got software that would do the job on my PC, and I just pulled out the images that way. It seems ineffective to me (at least for me), because this can be achieved from any video. A program that generates 30 images per second was what I was looking for, so I could review the pictures on the screen and post them Due to the fact that this feature is why I chose a Lumix over a Nikon, I am a little annoyed with its Observations / Cons It is awful to move a subject in low light. As a result it will cause low light issues in places you didn't know were low light, and as a result, there is no option to choose an action. F2 - the second edition This is caused by the wide lens not matching the very sensitive sensor, or by the sensor not automatically increasing sensitivity as needed when it needs to. The result is that I have a lot of blurry photos of my kids. Trying to get the light levels to work is difficult at best, but completely useless at worst. I have found a sweet spot a couple of times by setting it to 1/60th of a second, but it still has issues (and my kids move too slowly). In my experience, it is a great camera for outdoor daytime use, but I don't think it will work well for kids playing in a bounce house. This obstructed zoom can be hit or miss since it lacks a focus ring. I find zoom and autofocus to be both excellent and fast. As a result, if you attempt to take a picture of wildlife whose position is blocked by a branch or branch-like object, you may end up with a great picture of a leaf instead of a Pileated Woodpecker. The depth limit for depth 8 is 6 inches so the crystal clear leaf will probably only come within 6 inches of the woodpecker, but I guess that's okay. A very limited selection of options is available on the There are the fab 5 (auto, P, A, S, M), then you've got Expressive (for filters), Portrait, Panoramic, and My mistake was that I accidentally enabled the feature of taking 3 consecutive shots and merging them, which doesn't work well for kids on the move (but would be great for landscape photos). Rather than take pictures, I spent the first half of my kids' karate class trying to fix it. I think this is an excellent camera if you want to take zoomed photos or videos in the sunlight or in non-lit environments, such as the park or at the beach The subjects are moving. It can be annoying to have the autofocus on a leaf, but it can be mastered. hotel has free wifi and other amenities that are nice, but I am not particularly interested in them. As I have tested it, I think that it would be great if you put on a monopod and grabbed your phone to select No SLR on the market can match its value for $300. If Canon comes out with the T8i, with 4K, I may put this on Craigslist. Because of the bad low light, I still use my Canon T4i when we go to places like the Baltimore Aquarium or Natural History Museum with my boys, and this should have replaced it.

I can get better pictures on this camera than with my old Nikon
5/5

Having only had the camera for three days, I still have a lot to learn. It took me some time to get used to the selection and menu choices, even though I am reasonably familiar As a result of some unique features of Panasonic's brand, learning the terminology was more time-consuming than reading the online manuals. Instead of paying attention to the Online Manuals, I watched some tutorials available on YouTube There are tubes. On my search for videos on the use of the camera, I found 16 dedicated videos by Graham Houghton. My progress so far has been about a quarter of the way. Whenever one learns how to operate the camera properly, claims that it performs poorly in various conditions simply do not hold any weight. This is especially true for the claim that it performs poorly in low-light conditions. The camera was taken to a hockey rink and I shot in the sporting mode while using the available light. I was able to capture some great pictures. Playing around with the camera in different settings outdoors, I caught a hummingbird in flight at 1/8000 of a second, freezing the bird's wings as it flew. I was shooting purely for testing a camera, not to take a prize-winning photo. The lighting was not ideal from my location, but it was just a camera test. In the end, I ended up with a series of totally different interpretations of the same dahlias by taking numerous photos in various modes. Additionally, I used the lower light settings recommended in the videos in order to operate the camera in low light. I was very pleased with the results. Although I have yet to explore many of the camera's other features, such as post-focusing and operating the camera remotely from my Android phone, I am excited to do so. more than 330 images at the hockey game and the display indicated that I still had half of the battery life left. Due to the fact that I rarely shoot videos, I haven't tried using the camera in movie mode. Based on my initial experience so far, I expect my photos to have a lot more quality than my current exposure. Although I have barely learned how to use the camera, I have a lot of potential. Taking into account the enormous amount of creative control this camera offers, it is not a camera for setting down and then picking up a month later and remembering how to operate it. In any case, a brief review of the manual or video may be necessary if all of the camera's features are to be utilized. Some camera fanatics may complain about the sensor size of the camera or some indistinguishable lens aberration because of the long lens, but let's face it, most of us won't have our photos printed on Various devices, such as cell phones, tablets, laptops, and TVs, let us explore our creations. There is no limit to what this camera can produce as stunning images as you could get from a full-frame SLR with a thousand dollar lens, and the only limitation is the ability of the shooter and not the limitations of the camera. It is commendable to see a bridge camera with a threaded front for filter use, a feature that many other cameras lack. For specialty photographs, polarizing or neutral density filters can be added to the camera to extend the shutter time. My only complaint is that I would have appreciated a tilt screen. For example, when I'm traveling and in crowds, I like to hold the camera over everyone's heads and shoot at an angle high above their heads, keeping the tilt screen in view Even though that one feature isn't there, I can live without it given all the other features of this.

You will have to learn how to use a camera all over again
3/5

Without a doubt, this camera is capable of taking gorgeous photos. As much as I hate to put myself down, it just didn't appeal to me. acquired a Nikon coolpix camera and moved up to an actual DSLR almost immediately after I purchased it. My initial impression of a DSLR was that it was difficult to This camera was the next thing I bought. What if you thought this was just a straightforward point-and-shoot? Don't be so quick to judge. I commend those who have found this camera to be easy to use. I urge you to go outside. We can make the world a better place if we work together!.

I am disappointed with the quality of the images and especially the sharpness
3/5

It is an excellent camera in general. Its sharpness is significantly understated compared to those of other Lumix models (i. e. A Panasonic Lumix ZS70 camera). In order to take good photos with this camera you need an extremely high shutter speed (which is why I bought it in the first place) which in turn requires either very bright lighting or a very high ISO value. The electronic image stabilization isn't worth the powder required to blow it up. It is possible to get a much better picture with other cameras. My expectations were high for this camera, but I was completely let down. In order to sell this camera as fast as I can, I'm driving hard.
