It doesn't do anything better than the old one, but it is certainly a lot heavier. I just wish it were heavier and bigger. Based on the evidence presented- As I will not go to a UPS store to return it, I cannot make a return for the 19 crisis. Thus, it resides in a corner on the back of the closet, while I bought a lightweight camera from a competitor that does the same job for a quarter of the price, takes up half the space and is only 1/3 the weight.
