Questions & Answers

D7500 could record rich and detailed 4K ultra hd or full hd videos for as long as 29 min 59 sec, so it cuts 4k videos into about 5 minute Is that the same for you? What's the reason?

Despite saying "up to", Nikon's manual doesn't explain what that means. The FAT32 filesystem may be responsible for the limit SDHC cards 32G and smaller use the SDHC filesystem There are numerous files to be created due to the maximum file size of 4GB. Make sure the card is correct There you have it if that 5 minute clip is about 4GB in size, then there is In addition to SDXC cards, larger SDXC cards use the exFAT filesystem. ExFAT does not have a limit of 4GB per file.

Could you please give me feedback on the touch autofocus of the ?

If you touch the autofocus to take a picture, it will focus, and immediately begin capturing. You can also use autofocus upon tapping the lens you can take the picture later. It works pretty well for me as well.

Generally, my photography interests involve scenery, nature, and landscapes, with a few astro shots thrown in. Would you consider upgrading this model from a D3300, and what are its main advantages?

The body was one of the things that attracted me to it, largely because of its awesome ISO specifications. I was still going strong until I stopped. On my first big field trip (Canadian Rockies on a super clear moonless night), I constantly got frames with a red band running inside the frame on the right side Continuing my experiment at home, I placed my head in a completely dark room, and scanned my eyes The cap should be on, etc. You will still encounter the same problem. They were able to recreate the problem with their own D7500, so I decided to go to my local camera shop. The Nikon support team has been unable to provide a solution for the last three You should avoid this camera if you are looking to take high-iso images or if you intend to shoot astrophotography.

Videos I have watched show what seems to be a lot of attention issues. In your use, have you noticed this, and if so, what have you found to work around it/nikon fixes it?

I've produced many videos when auto focus is engaged, and this issue has not occurred to me. A bee was tracked very well on a video in which it was hoovering up harvest grapes. In some cases, you can also change the focus to manual. I do more than just record clips. There are several clips I shoot, and I tend to shoot them I simply remove that part of the clip in post-production if something jumps out of focus. However, I don't have to do this on a regular basis. Internet video is exaggerated in terms of lack of focus. Then, I saw a video by someone who has successfully shot a D7500 exclusively with autofocus and was inspired by their success. As well as knowing what you are doing, you need to know why you are doing it.

Is exactly what I need
5/5

I simply wish to share my personal perceptions before I continue. When film was still being used, I was a professional photographer and shot over 600 weddings, as well as sports and school teams. These days I am just an amateur who sells prints every now and then. I am also a recently retired economics teacher, and in my quest to upgrade from my excellent, but outdated D7000, I applied wants vs. needs, trade-offs, and other economic concepts. Benefits, costs, and opportunities in a cost-benefit analysis. In the end, I narrowed down my requirements after realizing the no-camera option would give people what they want. Among my two main criterion for selecting a camera were ISO performance and focus accuracy. It is essential to do both of them if you do a lot of bird in flight work. In the end, I decided to go with the D7200, D7500, and Considering that it was already two years old, I decided not to use it. However, the price tag of the D500 wasn't cheap, nor did it fit all of my needs. I decided on the D7500 after a few days of testing, and after using it I'm confident that I made the right choice. ISO-600 is standard on all digital SLR cameras. In comparison with the D7000, the final ISO limit was 1600 before it started degrading. As the 180 f/2 can be used at 3200 without too much degradation, I am quite comfortable with it. A score of 8 is Next week, I will test at higher when I take some Milky Way shots. Please focus on- I was right on the mark, fast, and precise. The ability to track a bird comes quite easily to me. The Exposure- to I am amazed. It is so good that I don't need to make any tweaks to the color reproduction and exposure. In spite of shooting against a bright blue sky, the metering system takes care of It is quite fast at eight frames per second. The shutter is quite sensitive, so I can take a sequence even if there is only one to be taken, but the pictures are automatically deleted. My old Contax shutter makes a sweet sound like it used to on my D7000 and is much quieter than that of the D7000. My concerns about the negatives being aired by others are of no concern to My application only needs one card slot, I have never used the second slot, and I am not doing anything that would result in a catastrophic loss in case of a card failure. I am okay with not having a battery grip. One of mine was for an older camera, but it never got used. Getting my finger over with my middle finger is so natural to me at my age. I don't have any old lenses I can use to meter, so I can't meter with them either. I feel that this camera is the best value for my money. It meets all my requirements - and more - and offers me a satisfactory The following new update has been posted on 7/17. Now that I have been using the camera for a couple of weeks, I am more satisfied. A group autofocus and AF has been set up on my computer The best method for tracking birds is to use C. It has been very successful for me to go up to ISO 6400 in fact, I have not even used the flash yet. Update 7/21 according to the following At the beach, I have been using the camera to take pictures of surfer action and it has performed flawlessly. Batteries last a little too short, but this may be because of the use of screw drive lenses. Shot with a 10mm, this sunrise photo is from the morning. There are 5 fisheye lenses.

For Nikon, this is a turn in the right direction
4/5

A few steps forward and a few steps back, and here is For Nikon, this is a turn in the right direction. I received my Nikon D7500 body on June 5th, shipped directly from Nikon USA, not through Thus, this review does not qualify as a confirmed purchase. It's nice to see a camera that, as you said, I'm pleasantly surprised with. Even so, not everything is roses, and I have my share of criticism. You won't be able to use it with big/heavy lenses handheld, and it's a pretty big letdown. The transition from a D3xxx or D5xxx body to the D7500 is a pure upgrade that you will not regret. If you will, this is a no-brainer. While the D7500 is certainly superior to the D7200 (for a few hundred dollars less), I suggest that you seriously consider the D7200 before committing to the D7500, as the D7500 is not a definitive upgrade. It is a give-and-take process between the D7500 and the D7000. The D7200 and which one of the three cameras suits you best will depend on your photography style and need. The decision is not as straightforward as black or white. A lens larger than a 70-mm will not be useful if you won't use it F4 is the maximum aperture for the 300mm lens. Considering I won't be able to use the 6G VR hand held and won't do much vertical shooting, I'd select The lens must be bigger and heavier than the 70-200mm As the D7200 offers a battery grip, which the D7500 does not, you require a 300mm lens handheld and/or you'll shoot vertically a lot, so that's why the D7200 gets the nod. This camera is a replacement for the D7200 that I had previously, so you can understand from where I'm coming. Compare the Nikon D7500 and the Canon EOS M. A simple call from my D5300 to my D7500 will do. Despite this, I would not call the D7500 an upgrade over the D7200, as it actually deviates from the D7200 in several important ways. A lot of the time, I almost didn't why I had my eye on the D7500 was for the 50-megapixel camera Item 14 of 14 A RAW buffer of 32 bits and a Continuous Shooting speed of 8 frames per second are both possible As for the D7500's sensor, I didn't like its 20MP because 24MP is my favorite sensor size, and I didn't want to look at the D7500's sensor. Because I didn't use Live View in any Nikon DSLR I purchased, I didn't want the tilting screen, since every single one of them was fitted with useless Live View AF. Since I didn't use Live View, I didn't need the tilting screen. The touchscreen was of no interest to me As always, I didn't care about 4K video, since the resolution doesn't matter without useful AF since I'm never going to shoot videos with it. I would say that the actual use of my expectations taught me the following 1) While I don't forgive it for being only 20MP, this sensor is quite impressive. I love the sensor on my D7200, and the D7500 hardly distances itself from it, but it is notable for better color and slightly better ISO. I have made the following edits as of If you are using JPEGs, you should set High ISO NR (Noise Reduction) to Off or Low. Normal and High settings completely eliminate color noise, but they are rather aggressive with their smoothing, causing details to be lost and images to look rather digital. Normal settings start looking digital, while High settings appear almost artificial. With the Off setting, the image appears natural, but with some color noise (similar to what it would actually look like). In many different lighting situations, the Low setting still looks quite natural with extremely little color noise. I've used the Off setting over a long period of time, under wide varying conditions, and have decided to stick with it. However, I do not like the aggressive and particularly smoothing nature of the NR on the D7500. Due to the relatively low noise level of the D7500, I have decided to let it grain and rely on the more natural, finer microcontrast allowed by not using NR for my style of shooting and taste in image character. After all, I practiced film photography for decades. In some cases, you might want to go with Low NR if you spend a lot of time at or above ISO 3200. Almost everyone knows about the dangers of color noise, but it's rare for photographs taken at medium and moderately high ISO levels to appear without any noise at all. Data from the D7200 and D7500 is nearly identical in terms of raw files. It does have a more accurate/neutral color noise than the D7200 however, as the D7200's noise was a little magenta in color. **2) This is a very serious issue. It actually works with Live View AF! Although Live View AF is not even close to Viewfinder AF when it comes to consistent locking, it is a lot more convenient and quick. it IS a big improvement because it is the first Nikon DSLR I have ever owned (maybe the D500 is comparable to ), which has usable Live View AF, with which I am actually recording video. 3) Now that Live View AF is working, the tilting screen is truly valuable. As a result, for the first time, you can now actually take pictures from your smartphone or tablet I'm going away. This is from I am shooting my eyes out. Basically I can shoot video and stills now (! as long as The door here has been opened wide for me. 4) The regular AF performance at the AF points away from the center is somewhat improved. While the AF system of the D7500 is identical to that of the D7200, the D7500 is greatly enhanced by a variety of sensors Metering system of the D500 has been improved. There are a lot of pre-releases As part of the hype surrounding the release, this meter is said to improve the I found this to be typical marketing hype that didn't add up to much. Although AF performance has improved, whether it has to do with the meter or something else within the camera. The camera's Viewfinder AF also features the D500's meter, which enables face-tracking in the image viewfinder. The tracking process. When you look through the regular viewfinder (not Live View) the camera will detect a face(s) and track it if you are using AF-C AF auto mode, S auto AF-C Auto, or C Auto This is an automatic transmission. Quite a few people find it useful. The Lock On feature might need some refinement, and it usually fails to work, but it is a pretty useful tool and incredibly reliable. In order to activate this feature, it appears that you should go to the Custom Settings menu and choose b4 Matrix Metering / Face Detection On. Matrix Metering seems necessary for this feature to function, as it seems implied that you should be using it. In actual use, I've found that it doesn't seem to matter whether I have this feature on or off and it also doesn't seem to matter what metering mode I'm You can use AF-mode if you set it to that AF auto mode, S auto AF-C Auto, or C Auto It will always look for faces in an Auto. I do want to point out that AF - I'm using 3D rendering and autofocus Having a 3D still allows you to track action more accurately. you tell the camera what to focus on every time. The D7500 can focus on up to one point at a time. We are still not ready to use recognition for demanding tasks. I would not recommend this for serious portraiture or sporting events. It is convenient for group shots and snapshots, but not for serious portraits. This could be an awesome way to represent BIF (Birds In Flight) or other subjects with a low-light environment It is possible to back the image with a contrast/no contrast background, but I haven't tried that yet. 6) Mounted on a tripod with the focus fixed (recording a landscape), I am impressed with the quality of the 4K 30p footage. An important proportion of 1 exists. There is a 5x crop factor when shooting 4K, so a wide lens is required. It is not aggressively compressed, and fine details have been preserved far away. There was still quite a bit of wind noise in moderate wind even when the wind noise filter was turned on. The D7500 is not a video camera that I have any experience with, so I can't speak to the ergonomics or other characteristics that make it a good video DSLR. While the video image quality is excellent for a 4K 30p video, it is not stunning. It should be astounding to shoot 4K timelapse with the D7500! 7) The D7500 has such solid ergonomics and a really intuitive root Menu structure that I didn't care about it having a We just didn't need to do it. But when it comes to While reviewing photos, one can zoom in and out and reposition. As a giant, it has a huge head in front of it, but despite that This is a scratcher, for in-game use Adding a crop (Nikon calls this a Trim) and pinching is all quickly done by the camera It does not work with Zoom. What is going on in the world? If you want to move the crop frame around the screen, you can use your finger. It won't budge if you drag The following in-house items are required 8) In-house software In the latest versions of RAW processing software, you can select to retain the original setting for most options Set the camera to your desired In other words, when you arrive, you'll- RAW processing on the camera, and all I need to do is add one. Assuming that you selected the As-Tradition exposure mode, for example, there would be an Exposure Compensation of 0 Adding +1 to all the options will give you the setting for all of them. After you click 0 you will be able to hit EXE. You do not need to confirm the White Balance, Picture Control, or A photograph's lighting is determined by how you shot it. That being said, you do not have to remember what Picture Control, etc. you actually used to take the photo. first, I was disappointed there would be no magnesium in the D7xxx as it is one of the defining features of the D7xxx line. However, I am grateful for the light weight of my D3300 and D5300. That is what it means to It is not necessary for me to have that level of durability since I do not beat up my gear. I am not trying to minimize magnesium's durability since some people will actually This is truly a small number of people. DX7xxx users do not NEED that kind of durability, and perhaps even fewer do. My problem is not with AF or sensor alignment as long as this does not affect them. 10). This is a personal choice issue, and I realize that not everyone will agree with this, but I like that there are no longer "dangly triangles" on the neckstrap guides. Straps are not something I use frequently, and I hate the way those triangles dangle all the time. I know they are removable, but then you lose them or do not have them when you need them. There is a much better arrangement of the "fixed slots" with the D7500, but I would like them to face upward rather than jutting out to the side. * 11) The shutter is now quieter. The tone is more refined and the intrusion is noticeably less. Nice. 12) EDIT Led the 16th of June What's new with the D7200 (if you're switching from a D7200) Use it only if there are details you need to preserve in your highlights. metering, when it was created decades ago, was designed to preserve highlights in detail, and it is superior to Center-weighted metering because it gives more precision It is better to use weighted metering unless the highlight is in the center of the image. The highlights are A weighted meter is basically a spot meter that actively seeks out and finds highlights and then exposes for them with little or no regard for other aspects Spot metering can be done manually just as well as using Having weighted on will prevent your scene from blowing highlights and let the rest of your scene go really dark. Combine ADL and/or Exposure Compensation for maximum effect, and of course this depends on your personal taste as well as the scene you are shooting. At the moment, the only way to process D7500 RAW images is in the Nikon software or with cameras that have Native RAW support Using 2-D post-processing on a camera There are a certain number of brightness stops or ADL stops. The highlights are It looks better when your subject is displayed, rather than something like a bright sky in the background. When your subject is backlit and using weighted metering, it looks very good. When using weighted metering, I suggest adding 1 or 2 stops of exposure compensation ("overexposing"). In my attached photos 9, 10, 11 you will find examples of this. Lastly, regarding the very reason I purchased A frame rate of 8fps and a 50Hz sampling rate You can now view RAW frames! Yeah, that's exactly what you would expect BASS! most applications and professional work except those requiring the highest level of performance, this is already more than adequate. This is the first time in my life I can Only being able to interact with real-world situations For 2 or 2, you can go from 5 to 6 frames per second. It was extremely frustrating to have to wait 5 seconds (and this was an issue just a few months ago). Now that the D7500 has an adequate buffer and a usable Continuous High frame rate, it should be a pleasure to use. At the end of the day, everything was fine. )//// So, as I Only one memory card slot is available. One of the defining features of the D7xxx series was the 2 memory card slots. In this respect, I would not consider this to be a D7xxx series camera. I'm not sure what model it is, but it seems like There will be different values assigned to the "Backup Slot" by different people. I believe it is significant to me. I would not call this critical, but important nonetheless. In the past, I have had cards fail on me, but the backup slot saved me. The situation only has happened a couple of times in the past decade or so. There's a problem though you can't pick when your card is going to fail. Some of your rubbish photos of your cat might be lost, but that's not a problem. Your best friend's wedding pictures may be lost during an African photo safari or you may lose your priceless travel photos! I am sure that this leap backwards will be a reason for many people not to consider this camera and Nikon should not blatantly announce "do not buy-" Cannibalize the D500 During the successor's marketing campaign, the sales call will go over the D7500's components. 1) No vertical grip is possible. 2. A further defining feature of the D7xxx line has been lost. The value of this can differ from person to person. For me, this is important. There's a lot of anger in me I could see it being called the D6000 and going for $899 if it were called that. Nevertheless, it is not okay to price it at $1,250 as a D7xxx. I have made the following edits as of This past weekend, I finally got a chance to shoot action with the 8fps machine. I shot a concert outdoors with the AF-P In Chapter 80 of the Standards, The 400mm F4 lens is used for this photograph. Mounted on a 6G device. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing and difficult to use this lens. This is a larger and heavier lens and is what I'd expect to be using when shooting things that weren't right in front of my face. With the D7500, you won't be able to easily manipulate such a rig because of its small size and lack of leverage. Shooting from a vertical position was a horrible idea. It is too difficult to use this setup and a little smaller (using a monopod if you want) without a tripod or monopod. It was far too difficult to shoot this setup without a vertical grip last night, and a lack of stability due to poor camera bracing caused at least one camera shake. There was no way I could go with less than a 1-stop blur, therefore I chose at least one For ISO, you need to raise it by one stop. By dropping the ISO by 1 or 2 stops in the evening/night, the D7200 becomes far more superior and more comfortable than the D800. For hand-held camera action in darker settings with bigger lenses, the D7500 is an excellent choice. This is ironic, because that is exactly what the D7500 was marketed as being great Smaller and lighter F1s would be a great choice in intimate settings. The reading level of the class is F2, or 8, is another way to say 8. It may be better for horizontal shooting (20. 0mm, 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, 58mm, 85mm, 105mm), but this isn't true for vertical shooting being such a problem with the D7500. In low light, if you're going to shoot concerts or shows with a 70-200mm lens This lens has a focal length of 200mm at You can use 8 or 80-word sentences The 400mm F4 lens is used for this photograph. The number 6 or the number With this lens, the maximum aperture is You can use either a 0 or 300mm F2 lens. It supports 8 handheld devices! you need to wait until a vertical grip becomes available before shooting it with the D7500. There must be some company that develops a vertical battery grip that uses ML-type batteries Signals L3 and D7500 are used to trigger the camera. It is at least my sincere hope that it will be. 1) According to me, the touted deeper grip - the result of less grip - actually appears to be a negative. Several bunched together There is a problem with this when your ring finger reaches for Fn2 (the bottom function button), it will constantly scrape against the inside of the lens mount. For Fn2, I had to replace my thumb with my pinkie finger. There will be a need to overwrite existing data with the new method The burnt muscle memory did not appeal to me and I'm not sure whether I will ever favor it again. A second problem is the poor position of Fn1. Now, the button is too tall, and you will very often accidentally press the Fn1 button with your middle finger. Avoid Fn1. Efforts must be made to stay away from it. The third observation is that the grip rubber looks to be harder than the rubber on the bottom of the wheels Rubber is more grippy than that of the D7200. Although I have cleaned and rubbed this rubber to get off any wax or skin residue, it still doesn't feel like the D7200 and I don't like it at all! I hope it will be able to get I have made the following changes as of Having nearly dropped my D7500 a couple days ago when I tried to pick it up from a table because the rubber grip was too slippery, I rubbed the rubber on the camera vigorously for several minutes with rubbing alcohol- luckily I did not dropped it. The cotton will soak up the liquid It's time to pick up the remover pad for today. I found this to be very helpful. (PURCHASE YOUR D7500 WATER CLEANER FIRST, SO BE SURE TO SCRUB THE RUBBER ON IT WITH ALCOHOL WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT! I recommend doing that before even installing a battery! My grip this morning was kind of gummy and left a residue on my hand even after I applied alcohol Even with scrubbing, the residue is still somewhat sticky. This time, however, the surface is much more grippy. It's still not what it should be, but it didn't fall into the "red zone" for drops accidentally. You will need to keep your thumb firmly planted on the finger grip on the right back of the camera so make sure your thumb is seated properly. I have updated the text of the June 16, 2017 edit. It seems as though I need to scrub the rubber constantly since it keeps gradually regaining its "gummy" slippiness. The whole experience was frustrating. The July 08, 2017 edit has been made It's just that this rubber doesn't break in well. There is no doubt that it is slippery and can cause serious injury. I find another irony in the D7500 Thanks very much! It was hailed as the best. That fails on the basis of cheapness of materials. I find this absolutely inexcusable on a $1,246 purchase. This camera body has a megapixel count of 95. There should be a recall, and Nikon should repair free of charge any D7500s with damage from drops, including lenses, flashes, etc. 4) The 4K frame crop is absurd! Video shot in 1080p does not experience this crop, so it appears that this is an intentional flaw to make sure the D7500 does not undermine or devalue the Full-HD video shot with it A frame body that can 5) This is a gripe I've had since the Diamond Seven. In comparison to how it was on the D7100, the Info Display is poor. In the top LCD display, which is even smaller than the D7200's, and that is inferior to the D7100's, the same holds true. In addition, there is a definite flaw concerning the "i Menu" that is present on the D7200, which does not highlight the items on the Info Display for you to Easy navigation through the double lower rows of common functions was appealing to me. From now on, the i Menu opens a regular list of root Menu options that you can scroll up and down like other menus. From the standpoint of the LCD/Info Display/i Menu system, the D7100 is a huge step backward. In fact, the D7000 was even more convenient because you could press Info once to see the Info Display, then press Info again to pick items to change right there on the screen without even needing to access the It is mind-boggling as to why Nikon left behind such an intuitive, effective system This is astounding. 2) Is Nikon going to get rid of the stupid lock button for the Mode knob? My cameras without Mode locks have never EVER been accidentally changed into any other mode by me. It was never a problem to not have such control locks. In any case, having to get around these locks is a constant hindrance to seamless shooting and a pain in the buttocks. 7) As of now, Adobe Lightroom does not support the D7500 RAW files. This is not the fault of Nikon. There is a benefit to having the government in place There is no comparison to how efficiently RAW files can be processed in the camera. The July 25, 2017 version has been updated. I am happy to report that Lightroom can now work with RAW files taken with the D7500 more than seven weeks after its release! The bottom line is, this camera is a bunch of steps forward and a bunch of steps backward compared to most of the other cameras available. In this case, it's a There is no doubt about it. However, if you come from a D3xxx or D5xxx body, it will be easier for you. The camera is in fact not part of the D7xxx series. The problem is that it doesn't work. A D6000 is really what it is. Using a small lens to capture action is a real pleasure so far, because of the responsiveness and refined feel and because I have the confidence that I have a tool capable of very competently capturing action. Despite the fact that I enjoy my "D6000," I think it is very expensive. backup card slot and without a vertical grip, particularly since the new grip is actually dangerously slippery, this camera shouldn't be priced at the same level as the D7xxx. We are offering this package for It would be great if you could give the donation of $00 Still - This is a solid deal for a compromised camera. However, it costs $1,246, so it's not a cheap option. I've talked about 95, but it's up to you whether your time is worth it. SO FAR, THERE HAVE BEEN THE FOLLOWING BUGS **B) June 10, 2017 If the buffer remains completely empty (ready for a full burst), the remaining frames in the buffer reserve display as "r12" in the viewfinder and in Live View. You may experience the Reserve Counter fluctuating erratically as you shoot continuously. It occasionally counts down from 12, but occasionally goes You start shooting with the counter at 12, you drop to 11, then you drop to 10, on the next frame the counter increases to 11 and then increases to 10, etc. I expect Nikon to address this in its first firmware update since this is happening on a camera which is marketed as When it comes to continuous shooting, it's a real game changer It's your turn- There is a flaw on your face. 2) Wednesday, I have noticed that this has happened a few times in the past, hoping that it would just be a passing fad. The incident occurred last night as well. A few times, the D7500 just freezes and does not respond to any key press or dial turn. The last time I encountered such a freeze, it seemed like things started returning to normal after about a minute. In the past, I would turn my camera off, then back on again once the freeze happened, and everything would be fine. My worst concern is loss of data on the only memory card, but maybe even with two cards a corruption would corrupt both cards. But I'd love the chance to have a backup card to save the day, but I don't have one for the D7500. ** 1) June 10, As this serves no purpose and is really inconvenient, I'm going to call it a bug. I like the new feature of the Viewfinder that recognizes faces. You can, however, change the AF Mode after you've set it (AF-G,AF-P etc. Assyrian Federation of American States The following three letters are in the code C-5, As long as A) is set to Auto (this is the only AF mode that offers Viewfinder face recognition), all the others will switch to it The problem may exist with other Nikon models as well, I don't know, but it's really bothersome. My cameras have never picked up my targets accurately with AF Auto, and I never use it. The mode was a waste of space. It is not appropriate for DSLR cameras. For Continuous Focus modes (Af-C), there is 3D tracking, while S Single does not have such capabilities I'm using 3D rendering and autofocus This is a 3D model). All of the camera's settings are stored in the memory. When choosing the Auto mode for any of the Modes on the D7500, AF-C is selected Assyrian Federation of American States The following are the main subgroups C, A, and F The entire system is on autopilot. It is not possible to have AF It is designed for single and AF-style aircraft The Auto/AF mode for the C-motor This is an automatic transmission. In other words, every time you use AF you are putting Using C Auto for faces When you return to the AF, you will be recognized for your actions If S is not present, it must be manually added You should set your status The process is clumsy and wastes time, so photos are lost as a result. I have had serious problems with low light when using some Nikon lenses for a long time now
3/5

Nikon support has been poor for the past several years. I am a longtime Nikon fanboy. When I went out on my first trip with my new D7500 I was dissatisfied, mainly due to its low light performance. If you plan on using this body with a 18-inch hand, make sure you have a 30-inch hand. (I should have test before going into the field, but hopefully this review will help you avoid this painful mistake. ) A consistent red streak is visible across the edges of the frames when using a 200 VR lens in low light situations. Those two sample pictures were both taken with the same settings and camera rotated 180 degrees, and taken sequentially. My local camera shop was able to easily replicate the problem with one of their D7500s & D7000s and I am very grateful about that. Optical system. Even after trying for 3 months, Nikon has not been able to offer any helpful support. You should avoid this camera if you plan to do low-light photography, and honestly, after trying hard for more than a year to work with Nikon support on this issue, I plan to leave Nikon altogether. This is the final update Low light capabilities of this camera are incompatible with Nikon VR lenses older than this one. You can find more details in the comments.
