Instead of the XP50 Pro, I received the XP50. It is true that the specs aren't that drastically different, so I am delighted with the
It's a good idea to check out other websites, like night vision experts. These items are in short supply, however. I've been wanting to get a F28 lens (basically to turn my XP50 into a XP28) but can't seem to find them near me.

I'm amazed by thermal vision for the first time, and it's nothing short of brilliant. No matter how clear the light is, you can clearly see landscape details in the Helion 2 XP50. The magnification is impressive, although the screen is quite pixelated at 20 times digital zoom. Originally I was going to order an ATN OTS, but then I decided to get this instead. This memory stores 8 hours of video and is integral to the device. This battery lasts for over 50 hours and can be replaced or extended for Compared to the 50mm lens, the FOV is fairly narrow, but you can buy a 28mm or 38mm for a bigger FOV, but with a shorter If I decide to buy it, I would like a 28mm lens for only $500. The whole thing is very solid, but it is still relatively The control buttons are easy to master, and the size fits well in your hand. In my opinion, the only thing I am not satisfied with is the mobile app. I have tried connecting my iPhone XS and my wife's iPhone 7, but neither were able to display my Helion (although they connected to the device's WiFi). Unfortunately, I was unable to get the app to work on my android phone. Despite this, the WiFi drops at a distance of about 25feet, which is very Additionally, there is some lag between the app and Helion 2, but in general the app works as advertised, they just need to fix the iOS version so it will work with A recent update I contacted customer service (which was unable to solve the problem), and then I discovered that for iOS devices, it is necessary to disable "cellular data" in the stream vision app in order for the Helion to communicate with the streaming device. Now that the app is working well, my only complaint is that it loses connection frequently if you are farther than 10 feet away. Furthermore, if the phone displays turn off, you lose connection to the Helion and need to reconnect. This also causes any downloads in progress to be cancelled, and including the fact that the download speed is 1MB every 4 seconds or so, some videos take up to 5 minutes At this point, I'm happy I got it up and running. I'd still like the app and built-in WiFi to be better, however.
My Helion 50Pro's wifi did not work when I received it, so I returned it. An 811 fee has been assessed to me. I asked what this 13 dollar charge was for and they said it was the restocking fee which means that somebody else will purchase this defective scope and pay that much money and waste that much.
To avoid unlit poles and crab traps, I use this when boating at night and very early in the morning. With no fear of hitting anything, I can fly on a plane and get to my favorite fishing spots at daybreak and fish them before anyone else. The user interface is easy In the boating mode, I use black and white.
The BF wanted it, but I think it is amazing. You can see in trees where turkeys nest, and when you're driving you can see something in the pitch black of In his words, u tell if a creature is present when you use it, and it's unbelievable to me. Despite its high price, it is definitely worth the price.
