Questions & Answers

How big is the shipping box, i.e. Could you please tell me the dimensions of this item after it has been ?

It measures just over 8" by 6" by 2" and weighs just under 1 lb.

Would this stand be able to photograph a US silver dollar if it were extended far enough?

Thank you, Eugene, it really depends on the microscope, but the simplest and clearest is to see if the cells are infected There will be a 1-star rating for pro DinoLites. The MS35B stand offers a 5" field of view at a magnification of 10X, while remaining within its height range.

Do you have an adapter that can be used to mount a standard camera?

This is not the case. There is no doubt that this stand is not the greatest. It barely holds the camera. My wish is for them to design one that is more sturdy and stable.

It is of the highest standard
5/5

I like how stable it is and how it doesn't wobble or skid. This is how it works for adjusting it. The main mechanism can be taken out of its mounting so that it slides up or down the aluminum post by loosening a locking screw on the back. You then tighten the setscrew, and your coarse adjustment is complete. On the other side of the main mechanism you will find the medium adjustment knob, which moves half of the mechanism up and down, while the other half remains immobile. All the metal components are precision machined from In no part of the world is there play. It has a well-knurled adjustment knob, which is a decent size and has a decent amount of resistance to turning. It does not In spite of the up and down travel controlled by the adjustment knob, I was able to unzoom my Dino-Lite to 50x at the top of the range, then twist the knob down to its lowest position to zoom it to When it comes to fine focus, the adjustment knob and Dino zoom both have the same level of precision, which means I can use either one to do so. It is somewhat easier to adjust the knob due to it being tighter. I give this a 5 out of 5.

Keeping the balance and controlling the force
5/5

In the next few months, we will set up a fiber-optic network Optical measurements need to be taken in reflectance mode with the fiber top down. The fiber-optic tabletop unit is the perfect fit for this fiber-optic monitor. The knobs are very durable and allow easy manipulation The adjusting mechanism should be based on Z and allow for tip-up adjustments Orientation of the measurement unit is adjusted by tilting the mount. In order to allow fibers to feed through, we cut a wooden cylinder to fit the plastic holder and drilled a hole in the center. There was no restriction on how we could adjust it. As it is rigid, the signal is distorted It is excellent in terms of noise ratio. I honestly think this was the best 99 dollars I spent on a.

The best I've ever seen. The machined components fit well and have an adjustable knob with a fine adjustment. Priced at $100, this is a great deal.

This is a good stand
5/5

It is very durable. The Depstech USB microscope ($26) seems to work well with this. The Juision ($20) is not compatible A microscope cannot be held securely in it.

Thank you for this nice stand
5/5

Dino-Lit came with a small stand so I could only raise/adjust the camera 3 or 4 inches above the platform at the time I purchased it. To get the height higher, had to do anything else by MacGyver. I bought this stand to use in my studio. It is expensive, but well built and with an extension pole (attached to the original one), I can get it up around 24 inches tall. This is an intriguing idea, as there is no track on the pole, which stops the camera from spinning out of control. After tightening the set screw on the back of the mount, the camera can be moved up and down slightly by sliding on the pole's mount. The mount also has about 2 inches of fine adjustment. As for photographing closeups of spots on my car (something falling from the sky), I have been thinking of using a strong magnet to hold the base in place while I use the laptop to snap some photos. My friends on Facebook told me I would share some pictures on Facebook.

It would be useful if more features were available
3/5

Despite being an excellently engineered product and well worth the price, I was disappointed that there was no rotating camera mount so that the camera could be tilted during the process of photographing objects with reflecting surfaces. In order to offset the reflection of the LED lights surrounding the camera's lens, I had to tilt the item. In addition, it would have been helpful to have the option of turning off the camera's built-in LEDs so that an external light source could be used instead. Additionally, it would have been beneficial if a rotating extension tube had been included with the product. This focusing gear is well constructed, just as this product as a whole is. The rotating head may be available as an option, but I know that the extension tube is available as an option.
