The following items were purchased in As a result of the product description for this product, I assumed it had a built-in camera and computer. The information seems to be very misleading to me. There is only one extra eyepiece included, and an AC adapter as well. The package does not contain any cables or slides.

It was a birthday gift for my son, who is 13 years old. In his mind, Science is super cool this year and he is at an age where he is too old for child toys, but too young for adult ones. Unfortunately, that's as far as the fun goes As you unpacked this, you found that only the microscope was inside. There are no power cables or other accessories that are shown in the photo of the product listing. My questions regarding the parts required to make it work were directed to Amazon. To see if AmScope could help, it was suggested that I contact them. As I bought it on Amazon, AmScope told me to contact them again since it was purchased there. Then I called Amazon again and was asked if I would look online to see if I could find That's right, you read it correctly. As a result of my inquiry, Amazon asked me to check online to see if I could place an order for the missing parts. I have no idea what you mean. As much as I would like to, I can only rate this zero. It was disappointing to find that neither company provided good customer service.

These photos are from right out of the box as it arrived on time. A lot of damage has been done to the structure. It could not be attached to the body because the little thing that holds three lenses was missing. This is a rough object with sharp edges. There was no way to open the instructional CD. This thing must now be repacked and sent back to me. There were black specks in the packing box that looked like paint chips. This does not satisfy me.
