These have gotten a lot of praise! This is a must-have for dual-purpose use
5/5

shooters with cameras! I'm constantly behind the lens as a photographer. People rarely pay attention to my appearance. However, I get a lot of compliments on this harness, and people always want to know where I got it and what brand it is. The harness does have a semi-formal look to it. This harness is incredibly useful despite its snazzy appearance. br>br>Despite its snazzy appearance, this harness is incredibly useful! As a dual camera user, I enjoy having two cameras with different lenses and focal lengths so that I can quickly switch between them without having to stop and change lenses. I used to carry my cameras around my neck or on my shoulder straps, but they always ended up sliding off my shoulder (towards the floor) or digging into my neck. When kneeling down (which I always do), I'm also terrified of dropping one of them and smashing the camera. br>br>With this strap, dual wielding is a piece of cake. The lengths can be adjusted so that they don't touch the ground when I kneel. The free- Moving O rings allow the camera to slide up to my face without slamming into my neck, and I can stabilize one camera with both hands without having to hold the other. br>br>Overall, the harness's construction is excellent! I don't have to worry about the leather tearing or snapping because it's thick but not stiff. The soft unfinished rear leather appeals to me. However, I am concerned that it will eventually absorb dirt, grime, and odors. I've seen some hand-made harnesses on etsy/ebay with cheap carbiner type clips that are thin and cheap, but the clips/hardware are heavy and robust. These clips are designed to be pulled. pin release and sturdiness are two words that come to mind when thinking about this item. They squeaked a little, but that was easily fixed with a drop of oil. Last but not least, the shoulder pads are a fantastic addition. The straps on this version are thinner and may dig into your shoulders because it is the skinny version. The pads make a significant difference. They also look fantastic, in my opinion. br>br>Overall, this harness has exceeded my expectations. However, the cost is a little excessive. I'd prefer it to be closer to $100, but that's the way it is. Overall, this is an absolute must-have for dual-income families. shooters with cameras! br>br>Please vote for me if you found this review to be helpful. Thanks!.

I adored the style
3/5

I liked the look, and the skinny fit my petite female frame perfectly. I did get a couple of compliments on it, so I'll admit that you do look pretty boss in it. It was reasonably comfortable, and it effectively distributed the weight of my two cameras. However, I found this system to be far less practical than a belt system. Metal against metal squeaks as you walk on the metal attachments, making me feel self-conscious. Particularly during the wedding ceremony, you should be aware of your surroundings. In addition, with a 70-percent chance of success, I had to hold my cameras to keep them from crashing into the floor or walls whenever I needed to squat down to take a photo, or when going through tight spaces. Because of the movement restrictions, I wasn't always able to get the best shots. I also read some reviews that stated that as the leather wears in, small pieces of unfinished leather begin to shed onto your clothing, which concerned me because I usually shoot events in black. Finally, I was unable to wear several outfit options due to the placement of the straps on the shoulder or the thinness of the material of my shirt/dress. For me, that was much less of a deal breaker. At the end of the day, people pay me to be able to do my job well, not to look good doing it. Also, my equipment is far too valuable and valuable to risk it swinging around or colliding with something. *sigh* This was a look I really liked.

You will not be sorry! I had no idea how much I'd enjoy my new HoldFast Money Maker Skinny until it arrived
5/5

I ordered the chestnut bridle leather, and it's exactly what I expected; it's a little browner and less red than the stock photos suggest. I'm glad I went with the slimmer option as well; The narrower straps on the standard version are better for my petite frame. The harness was more comfortable than I expected when I used it for the first time at a portrait session, and I expect it to get even better as it breaks in and softens. To give you an idea of my height, I'm 5'6" and ordered a small. For shooting portrait layouts, I only needed to lengthen the right camera strap by one buckle hole, but it fit me perfectly out of the box. I'm looking forward to using it again! There will be no second chances.
