Questions & Answers

Would you please tell me how I can request Velcro? The screws that come with it are what kind? Why stainless steel?

As stainless screws would only serve to increase the price for no reason, I am not sure how to request them but since the case is watertight and the screws will go in stainless, I would not request them. All the screws included in the package are used to attach the lid to the box. Taking care of business has never been easier.

The defective item was returned and replaced the same day! I think the product would be great if the zippers were all The zipper pull was not included with the product

As a result, I also had no access to the attachment point on the product, apart from the fact that the pocket cannot be used. The seller (Court) was very helpful when I contacted him straight away.
