The only thing it is is a handle. One must purchase the handle and the mop separately. It takes two readings to get this right. All the different pieces that can be attached to this handle are interesting to me. A great thing about this is that it is adjustable and can be used either by an adult or a smaller person. In addition to this handle, I also purchased the nylon mop head. There is no reason to regret this purchase, and I have discarded quite a few other mops and sticks which I have mostly failed to use. For me, this is a keeper!.
