On a number of levels, I was disappointed. First and foremost, I was unable to purchase this item without first spending $25 on something else. It is now regarded as a 'bonus' item. You can't even buy it by itself because they won't pay for shipping. br>About 6 months ago, I purchased this item for the first time (on its own, not as part of a package deal). The first one was constructed from nylon fabric. I gave it as a gift, and it was very well received. Then I recently purchased it again (as an 'add-on'), and it is now made of cardboard and requires assembly. Yuk. br>I threw it away instead of giving it as a gift.
I really wanted to like this product because the characters are adorable, but the cube didn't stay together very well, and it only took one of my larger cats jumping into it to rip one side apart.
I wish I could have taken more photos, but I needed to keep the games running. It was a fantastic time!.
That's exactly what I was hoping for. Good fun.
This was disappointing, but with a few tweaks, it could be a fantastic product. br>br>1) A sturdier cardboard could be used for the price, and perhaps it could not be folded in fourths. This is essentially nothing more than a non-response to an un-response cardboard box that has been assembled 2) I wish the designs on the sides were printed in a variety of directions and orientations. Currently, only one side is always right side up at any given time (in one position, both sides are oriented in the same direction). So you'll have to wait and see if your pet pokes its head through the hole on the right-side-up side of the box before turning it over to see which side is right-side-up. It should be possible to print the box with three sides right side up in one position at a time, or two sides right side up in two positions alternately.
