There isn't a single adapter to be found. It's designed to fit a 3/8" diameter hole. I used every single component listed in the parts diagram. You could use the other size, 1/4", as a solution. So you could return the item to Amazon and make sure that when you go shopping for a replacement, it fits 1/4" (if such a thing exists). It's possible that the 1/4" isn't strong enough to support a boom arm. Separate adapters for changing from a 3/8" arm to a 1/4" base may be available on Amazon (or at a camera store). Best of luck!
Sorry, only 3/8 inch br>you'll need to use a 1/4 inch adapter.
Lighting and a tripod are almost certainly necessary. In order to connect the arm to the camera, I needed an adapter/reducer. I purchased the adapter as well as B and H Photo.
Except for the Knob, the majority of them are made of metal.

The problem was solved by buying 25 washers from Home Depot. This is a really high-quality product, but the bolts are 3/8" and don't fit standard 1/4" connections on cameras, etc. It does come with two 3/8" female to 1/4" male adapters, but the entire mount still wiggles when you put it on. However, I was able to come up with a workable solution. At Home Depot, you can get some 3/8" Zinc Fender Washers for $0. 25 for each, then screw the adapter over the washer and onto the 3/8" bolt. The mounts are secured, and the issue is resolved.
It's reached its lowest point and is now as tight as it can be. wobbles. I attempted to use a laptop table accessory, but it wobbled so badly that I almost lost my $2,000 workstation! As far as I can tell, there isn't any way to correct the situation. I've tried a few different ways to make the bar work, but none of them have worked. If you use this tripod bar accessory, keep an eye on your belongings. It is not at all recommended!.
Even with a small/lightweight lens, I couldn't get the D7500 to stay in place. On the center mount, you won't be able to turn it - It's extremely difficult to come up with mechanical workarounds.
I stared at this item for a long time before getting busy with other projects- It's exactly what I was looking for, and it works perfectly. This extension bar is strong enough to support my large tripod, ball head, and camera. It's also a good idea to use a counterweight when shooting with a zoom lens. The two other adjustable camera mounts are designed to come off or be placed on the opposite end of the camera to serve as a counterweight. This isn't for tripods or light stands that aren't very heavy. The end mounts have three set screws, one of which was loose, so I used a small piece of tape to cover each screw when not in use. This came in handy when I needed to photograph negatives on a light pad - For a large object on the floor, the arm should be extended further out. My camera is equipped with an L bracket. I attach the camera to the bracket with a rail, which allows for small adjustments in the camera's height. This eliminates the need to adjust three tripod legs or the main center tube, which bears the entire weight of the tripod. The two movable camera mounts will be useful in the future.
It appears to be well-made and durable. It's simple to adjust to a variety of different positions. I used to use the same tripod to hold both a spotting scope and a camera, as well as electronic flash units. There is a version with! The manufacturer should include /4" mounting screws rather than 3/8" mounting screws. There are two 1/4" adapters included in the package. Quick release adapter plates that can be mounted on 3/8" screws are what I use.
I've been looking for a tool to assist me in getting better top-down video shots. I was torn between this and a new tripod that can do the same thing. This is a fantastic heavy-duty item that's best used in professional settings. It's a little heavy, but it's a powerful weapon. It's ideal for holding a monitor, a large flash, and large SLR cameras, but it does require a heavy tripod. If you need something to hold your phone and/or gopro, look for something lighter.
