This set was brought to me by a friend from the U. S. Since I live in Bangkok, Thailand, I wanted to try my Nikon 1 J5. I've had it for about a month now and wanted to try macro shots This is what I received yesterday (Aug 5, 2016) and have been testing it with various things inside the house since then. A 30mm lens). In this case, the extension ring (10mm) is suitable for 30mm. The field of view is a little closer than with my Canon 100-millimeter I have an 8L Macro lens on my Canon 7D, but it will do the job as well. There is one extension set for one Nikon 1, which is made of plastic, but it is sturdy and fits perfectly (just like the kit lens). I like how solid it is and how easy it is to use with the kit lens attached. This lens also has a quick focusing mechanism as advertised for its auto macro feature. The set is also available in metal, but I chose the wooden set as it was light and portable. One can make good use of this if they are into macro photography and own a Nikon 1. With the Canon macro lens on my big Canon 7D, I will have years of travel enjoyment without having to carry the expensive Canon macro lens.
then tried to use the 16mm tube for the first time and as soon as I touched the rear mounting flange, it crumbled. My good fortune is that the incident occurred outside the camera body of my V3 before my 70-200mm lens was mounted I used a 300 mm lens to take some garden photos. Normally these tubes make good electrical contacts for autofocusing and metering, so it's a shame that the problem exists. The plastic ones I bought were a gamble since I had been hoping to find extension tubes with mountings made from metal, but found none. Using these products could damage your camera or lens, so it is not worth your money!.
I like these macro focus adapters because they are lightweight and they do the job well. I want to be sure the material is durable and of high quality. It is not something I use daily, since I rarely shoot macros and I don't use the adapters everyday. In many cases, the plastic began to fall apart and in some cases fell inside the sensor of my camera, which is not cool whatsoever. You will not only risk ruining your equipment but the product itself will also soon be useless.
This is what I see when I use my Nikon 1 J3 with the 30-mm lens With the 110 I was able to manually focus and begin taking some decent pictures. The product is good. I would buy it.
I like it.
My Nikon did not work with it.
Macro extension tubes are something I've never used before, so I didn't want to waste money on something just to find out if it would be useful to me. We got them for a good price, and they turned out to work well. The 10mm extension tube on its own transforms a 30mm lens into a wonderful little macro lens, in spite of its light weight. The whole kit is easy to assemble and has a very straightforward instruction sheet. The game looks fantastic. I can't wait to play it.
It is a good product, thank you.
