By bringing the light ring closer to you, you can change the angle. It was tight and stiff at first, but it works now. Adjust the height by loosening the large screw at the back of the pole, then pushing and pulling the light up and down to the desired height, then tightening the screw at the back. It's possible that you won't need to loosen the screw at all.
Yes, you can turn the phone holder to landscape mode by twisting it.
Yes, it can be extended to fit any smart phone.
No, I don't think that's true. I haven't been able to figure out how to take the front off yet. Because it appears to be LED, I expect it to last a long time.

It's something I'd buy again if the opportunity arose. br>br>The first thing that came to mind was, "This is the most generic packaging I've ever seen. " " There are no frills at all. " I have no idea who made it. (As seen in the photos. ) ) However, the package contained all of the necessary components and was well-packaged, with the majority of the materials being environmentally friendly. br>br>I intend to use it for the following purposes:
1. Document scanning as a hobby in genealogy.
2. A low-cost lighting setup for taking consistent shadows. 3. There are fewer cellphone photos of items to sell online. br> Without the unflattering shadowing of video conferencing. br>br>It works pretty well for the first time. On my phone, I have a scanner app. I was able to scan a 30 page document by hand with this, which was a little tedious but saved me the cost and clutter of buying yet another piece of computer hardware (a flatbed scanner). br>br>I tried it out with my foamboard backdrop and a china saucer for the second time. I was able to get the light intensity and color temperature pretty close to what I wanted. However, there were some difficulties. I'll make a note of them at the end of the report. br>br>For the third time, I set up the light for my work area and put it through its paces with my video camera. (As shown in the illustration) A camera that sits on top of my monitor is what I use. The light is just tall enough to clear my monitor, but anything taller would necessitate a support structure for the light. I was able to control the level of intensity once again. color scheme that I like. br>br>In terms of caveats, disadvantages • Despite its weight, the base is insufficient. When the light ring is turned downwards, the light tends to tip forward, but this can be avoided by placing a heavy object on the base. • The little extender in the middle of the light (as of November 2021) does not look like it does in the pictures. It's more flexible and longer. I like the versatility, but the longer length bothers me because it positions the clamp away from the light's center. br>• The clamp isn't perfect, even though it's fairly strong. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 phone. Bumping the clamp when the ring light is horizontal can cause the phone to fall out. Furthermore, the phone itself cannot be centered in the clamp due to the location of the power button on my phone. (This is more of a phone design issue than a clamp issue, but it's worth noting. ) )br>br>On the plus side, the main arm can rotate 360 degrees, allowing you to secure the base while also directing the light in a different direction. Things stay in place thanks to the tightening of the various screw knobs. Because the camera clamp is attached to a ball joint and the extender arm is completely flexible, there is a lot of pointing and aiming flexibility. br>br>Overall, it was a good value for the money, and it works well. I would buy it again.
The majority of these items have flimsy stands, making them unsuitable for a wide range of applications. This is, without a doubt, engineering at its highest level. br>br>The base is very sturdy and solid, and all of the knobs are large enough for anyone to use. The brightness of the light (which can be adjusted downward) surprised me. This receives a perfect score of ten out of ten. I use mine to video chat with my parents from three different households (including mine), and I'm very happy with my purchase.
It then ceases to function. So I read the reviews about how after a few uses, this light stopped working. I chalked it up to a miscalculation on the part of the user. Then I tried it out a couple of times, and guess what? It had ceased to function. Move on to the next light - it'll be better for you. After a few uses, it's clear that this one isn't working. I wish I'd paid attention to what other people had to say.
This light is used by me as a photographer with my Mac Pro. This is the ideal height for my Mac Pro, which is on a swivel stand and fully extended. I don't use the phone adaptor, so I simply unscrewed it from the light; I was relieved that it was so simple. Some people have complained about the stand; I'm not sure what they're talking about; I got the black one, and it's lovely, well-made (I should know; I own a bunch of professional stands), and most importantly, the light emits a warm light that makes you look great.
I got it for my boyfriend as a present. He needed a good light because he does a lot of pods. The remote is simple to operate, the colors for each setting are appealing, and the ability to adjust the brightness of each type of light is a significant benefit. It has a height adjustment and is easy to maneuver. It's a hit with him, and it was a great buy.
My laptop USBs are in use, so I have to remove something to use the light - it would be great if it had the option of using a regular outlet power cord. When I'm stuck in meetings for the majority of the day, this isn't ideal. And because I use mine at my desk, keeping it plugged into a wall outlet would cut down on the number of times I feel like I need to set it up. Aside from that, it gets the job done.
The included light controls are located on the cord and include three different shades of light: blue, white, and warm white, as well as an on/off button. The controller allows you to choose the tone and brightness as well as the on/off button. br>The included tripod has a good range of motion, and the camera or phone clip lets you set the best angle for a great shot. br>The bottom line is that this is a fantastic deal.
For years, I've needed a light to improve the quality of my videos and selfies. On both my iPad and laptop, this light worked wonders for removing shadows from my face! When using the light, you must ensure that it is plugged into your laptop and that your laptop is plugged into a socket. To operate, the light requires full power, so make sure your laptop is plugged in. . . . It would be nice if the light didn't require the laptop's power cord, but it does. It would be ideal if the light could be operated without the use of batteries. operated. But I still adore it!.
