One thing I wish I had known before buying this product was that when I finally got my darkroom set up, I discovered that the Beseler I ordered was missing. The focus lens isn't there. It's a lovely table lamp, but I'm in desperate need of an enlarger right now. In addition, as with the previous review, the item purchased did not match the one I received. The advertised unit is black, but this one is blue. Is this some sort of ruse?.
I'm sure it was a CYA move, but the seller contacted me and said the enlarger was in like-new condition. It's quite old and beaten up. Also missing is the color head. The item shown in the advertisement is clearly not what I received. This item should have been discarded due to its filthiness. I'm on the lookout for another.
