Questions & Answers

Does this have a second life? Are there any side effects from it?

If you are processing a roll of film, throw it out afterward. We do not know how long it lasts once diluted, but an unopened package should be fine for a considerable time to come.

Can you tell me what kind of container you use to store 5l?

Boston reagent bottles of 1 liter brown color are what I use to store the solution.

The stuff in this package can be used to develop Kodak Tri-X Is it possible to use a negative from a super 8 film?

On Tri- there is no support from REMJET There is a reversal of X. In Kodak's official marketing materials, it's available in D-type You will need to overexpose in the camera to compensate because the processing speed is only half to two thirds the speed for reversal processing. We have never used XTOL for this purpose, but if D76 works, we think XTOL should work, too. Thanks to the enhanced edge effects that XTOL provides, results should be excellent. Please note that I won't be able to comment on evolving

The photo you sent is of a box of 10 x 5L packets. Is this really what you are ?

My package only contained the Kodak original packaging, which contains the Part A envelope with 5 liters of distilled water, and Part B envelope with the original envelopes. The box shown in the picture is not a Kodak.

I would recommend this black and white developer to anyone
5/5

wonderful black and white developer that is safer to flush down the drain as a result of using less harsh chemicals. The mixing process is simple if you take your time to make sure that all of the A is dissolved into the water before mixing in the B. As long as the container is tightly sealed, this should last 6 months. The results from B&E have been great The film is in black and white.

I like it because it's easy I'm always looking for a developer to work with! Compared to "classic" ones, they are easier to make because the temperature is lower

Besides being an exceptionally talented developer, it is relatively environmentally friendly A friendly relationship. If you're using it together with the Massive Dev Chart, you're all set.
