I get about a week of use out of it. Using the Arlo batteries, I am getting a battery life of between two and three months on the same cameras. Instead of these batteries, I replaced them with some Arlo batteries and moved them to a couple of cameras that plug in. Continuing to follow up on my experiences. The vendor has made good on a defective product. I find that the batteries last a lot longer than the ones that came with my Arlo A single charge of the original charger did not last more than two days. A new charger was sent to me that is better quality and works much better than the one I had. Well, well. Your timely delivery of my order is greatly appreciated.

Buying a product has more to do than just the product itself. When products are mass produced, it can be understood that some are faulty. I had a problem with one of the slots on the charger, which was resolved by CNET's live chat, but it wasn't a ton of help. Sometimes things just don't work, but when they do, you want great service to support the product. My customer service call was responded to within 24 hours, and after an exchange of emails for shipping purposes, a new charger had been sent. I was able to get the replacement to work.

Affixing additional batteries to the Arlo pro 2 4 camera system we purchased for our home was necessary. This allows us to always have a couple of charged batteries on hand, so we don't have to wait for batteries to charge on the camera.

The device is thin, small, and compact, and it works well. As I had it for only about a week, the battery is probably not going to last that long. *One battery slot has a small issue with connectivity from time to time. The situation doesn't look like it will get better or worse. For now, it's worthy of a 4 star rating only because of that. For the full review, I'll be back in 3 months.

I got it to work straight out of the box. One of the battery slots is actually working after 3 months. It is only possible to charge one battery at a time. I probably should have listened to other reviews before making my choice.
